Cliff Lee is awesome but you Yankee fans are fukkin tools if you think Cliff Lee was everything that series. He got 1 win. The Rangers are just better.

Rangers' pitching was superior and that's why YAnks need a top notch starter to next year. BECAUSE I DOUBT AJ BURNETT WILL EVER BE THE SAME AGAIN.

the yanks didn't hit at all this series. they won 2 games and they didnt hit at all

depends how you look at. Very lucky yall wasn't swept.

Basically baseball has changed from the steroid's era and the Yankess roster is still stuck in that mode. The game has gotten quicker and more athletic with defense and the Rangers trumped the Yanks at all of those facets. Baserunning killed the Yanks.

BTW, I am not even a homer. I put the rangers emblem up before the game because I bet heavily on the Rangers tonite.

Yeah, the Yanks do have speed but you can't steal first. Your speed guys are not great hitters. Granderson and Gardner are the fastest.. What did they hit?

The best money can buy!!! With the advantage of the New York market and money, money and more money it's a disgrace they don't win every year. Why would Lee not want to stay in Texas. They have a great team now.
Personally I wouldn't want to play in New York if I was a major league ballplayer. I've been there and would never consider going back.

In fact let's just decree that every star pitcher and player has to play for Yankees. We wouldn't want any other teams to have a shot at winning. Only the precious New York Yankees should be allowed to win. No other team should be allowed to have any of the star players.
