    Rangers/Rays - one vital trend
Nine of the last 10 meetings have been decided by multiple runs. Today's should be no exception to the rule. Therefore, take either the RL or RRL depending on your lean.

All these have also been decided by multiple runs:
      1) Wilson's only start vs. Rays
      3) Shield's last 3 starts vs. Rangers
      3) Wilson's last 2 regular season starts
      4) Shield's last 2 regular season starts

TBH, I liked Rangers all along based on Shields' overall numbers. But after a careful re-analysis of his games vs. the Rangers, I'm leaning Rays RL right now. Wilson is good no doubt, but the Rangers' W-L road record in Wilson's road starts against teams with a winning record is horrible (1-6 in the L7). I'm still leaning over though as both SPs should give up some runs.

same feel I have... and I do think the line of -130 now for Rays says something.. you wouldn't think it would be this high and it's been rising slightly..

                            Sorry folks. I meant Rays -1.5 (+165).

I did a u-turn on this game. I think the Rays will take it.

                                    You're right about that.
I'm not a trend freak but we can't ignore these:
                                    1) Pettitte is 8-0 with a 2.54 ERA in his last nine starts vs. Twins
                                    2) The Yankees are 10-2 in postseason play against the Twins, including 6-0 in Minneapolis.
