    Bankroll Question
    Hey Guys,

    Longtime follower, first time poster.
Starting to make some real money in Baseball and can't get a good handle on bankroll as it pertains to my situation.
Want to employ some proper money management so I don't lose all that I have won this season.

My local has me on a 4K limit per week, is that my bankroll?
Technically I would be willing to lose $10K from now until the end of the year, not that I want to but worst case sceneriom, is that my bankroll?

if I win $3K next week do I up my bankroll to $13K?

I have never seen this limit vs. winnings vs what your willing to lose addressed.

Sorry for the newbie questions, I am not really a newbie to sports just never really understood a good definition of bankroll and the fact that I am on a $4K limit changes the way it works I would imagine.
My $4K resets each week, so if I win for the week it goes back down to $4K and if I lose it goes back up.
    Make sense?

your bankroll is your gambling money. just like the amount you go with to a casino to play craps or blackjack.

Lets say you have 10K for this year. That would be your bankroll. 4K/week limit I would guess is a betting limit that you are aloud to make each week. so once you reach 4K in total bets this week, you'll have to wait until next week to place more bets. and yes if you win this week for example 3K, you'll be up 3K this year and your bank will increase to 13K(but you still have the 4K/week limit) vice versa as well
So try to limit the amount $ of each wager so you'll be able to play the whole week. 4000/7=570$ per day

Hope this help, lets bring in the cash

a bookie will keep you broke, cuz u will always get credit from him with money u dont have, and end up with being largely in debt...just my opinion

        4,000 is your bankroll

this is the available amount you can put into play at any one time

a 200$ wager is 5% of your bankroll

The average bettors bankroll is whatever amount they want to lose to the books and/or bookie.
