I'm with you Haz. Did you hear his reasons for not being on the U.S. team? Kid is a legit baller however Durant is my man. I remember watching him at the Univ. Of Texas when i was out there.

He said the reason he didn't play was because he wasn't sponsored by Nike and said he didn't want to give in wearing their sh!t. I think that's just an excuse bc there were better players in front of him. I like him though... was really shocked how good he's been balling after stinking it up oversea's. I guess not going to college and getting paid right after high school wasn't that bad of a decision...

yea i can understand that but i agree with you i think there were too many other better players in front of him, but rightfully so. let him get another year or two under his belt and he'll be on the squad if he wants to be. i think he has a contract with under armour right? love the fact that hes a local out of rancho dominguez (aka compton). i think he was just out of his element in italy and now hes starting to settle in out there in Milchauky. if he can be more consistent with his stroke his game will get all the better. his passing ability is fantastic.
