    Thanks for the support guys, let's profit this season! I'm literally counting down the days until the season starts.

    skyscrapers: April starts off a bit slow, there should be quite a few days where no plays will qualify however there may be days where we will have 5 plays. For the months of May and going forward, there will be tons of plays, don't be surprised if there are 10+ plays on a given day. That is why money management is VITAL for this. Play what you can afford and have the bankroll to support the chases. There will be days where we have losing days, it is important to stay on the road and follow the system. The ultimate goal is to win more than we lose, which requires looking long term.

    knugen, most of the dog plays will be played on the RL. Also, thanks for answering for me.

    Thanks TDK. Since potentially there may be 10+ chases on a given day I won't set my unit size for too high.

    I think to lessen the confusion and for better organization, you can consider labelling your chases as for example 'Type 1 chase' or 'Type 2 chase' etc... without having to disclose what your systems are.

    Okay this may be a dumb question but I'm a complete newbie to wagering baseball and chases. A chase is where if you lose you double up right? I looked in to the Labby system and if it follows like that I kind of get it. But if you keep doubling up you would eventually win therefore a system is 100% if you had a huge bankroll right?

    That is the basic theory--keep chasing until you close out with win and +1 unit. However, depending on how many games the chase systems are, there could potentially be a loss every now and then. But that shouldn't matter as long as the winning % is over 95%. I've seen other types of "highroller" chases where you add the unit amount to each day, so every day you always win 1 unit, but these types of chases require a substantially larger bankroll, and I'm assuming Dark Knight will just be doing the traditional +1 unit for every cleared system chase. Also, for those highroller chases the chase most often goes beyond 4 or 5 games, and I don't think DK's systems go past 4. We will just have to wait and see what's in store. The most important thing anyone will tell you about utilizing a chase system is to be patient and very strict with your money management--that is the true key to success using chase systems.

    The closer it gets the more excited I am getting! I knew it would take no time at all before you to build up a following TDK! And I don't care if you ever release your system parameters, so long as we are winning units and everything stays organized as far as records and such. The season can't start soon enough my friend!

    Very pumped with the upcoming season. I will be strictly just following TDK's and Stifler's chase systems this season and nothing else. There will be times where both will have the same play or against each other but haven't yet decided what to do if that situation arises. Which book will you be using TDK? I'm with Pinny & Bet365.

    I'm getting excited too buddy! I think I'll strictly play those chases as well, and I'm thinking that even if they're against each other I'll still play them-after all, that's what you do when you have opposite sides with the same systems, no? I'll just treat them both as separate chases, and of course one will win, and I'll just continue the one that loses. I'm really hoping we can net over 400 units this season between stifler's and TDK's chases! I'm in the States, so I can only use 5dimes, which is pretty decent for baseball. Since TDK is on the West Coast I'm assuming he can't use Pinny or Bet365. It sucks being American when you don't have an extensive option of sportsbooks!

    Skyscrapers, yes I will organize my plays and number each chase and include which game the chase is on. I took a look and I like the way Wallco organizes his plays, I will attempt to do something similar.

    808bases, please read Semper's response on post right under yours. He explains it perfectly.

    Stemper, you are correct in my play to win a unit and my max chase stops at 4 games. I'll try and update record/bankroll as best as I can. There may be some days I won't able to but I'll try and update it daily.

    For my books, I have 5dimes and a local over here. For the most part, I use my local more than 5dimes. I know they're good at payouts, I just don't like to have that much money in that account so I'll be using my local for these chases.

    So 6 chase systems (maybe more as you said) and $100/unit. What kind of starting bankroll you looking at? I'm sure its larger than mine and I'll have to adjust it accordingly.

    Checking in Dark Knight, and starting to get excited! Now that Stifler has 6 systems, and you have 6 systems, I'm raising the goal to 500 units! Lol Seriously though, I honestly think we can net at least 400 units between the two, and anything higher is just icing on the cake! Hoping to pad the bankroll a little more with the rest of the tournament. I won't be following any capper or anything else all summer-no more basketball plays or anything once baseball season starts, just these system chases. The season can't start soon enough!

    Dalogester, I'm not sure where your comment is coming from...care to explain? If it's bickering, I ask that people keep that to a minimum to avoid clutter.     For what it's worth, the first week of the season I will be playing the Over chase. It is a 5 game chase for all teams for the first 5 games of the season, I will bet that each team to hit the OVER at least once. It's a fairly easy concept chase that is pretty popular and has been perfect the past 3 seasons (90-0) *Crosses fingers for a fourth*. If anyone's interested I can post plays on here if you guys like.

    I personally backtested the past 3 years, it went a perfect 90-0. There were two other people who backtested it further...one guy claimed it was 148-2 the past 5 years and another guy said it was perfect 6 out of the last 7 years.

    Correct, depending on the juice for o/u, a loss will cost around 40 units. Play at your own risk, I just wanted to throw it out there since results have been profitable.

    Samrock, yes I will separate them out between 3 game chases and 4 game chases. Good luck.

    Alright, I'll post plays for the over and also track the under. The Under chase was 30-0 in 2012 but had 2 losses in 2011 (ouch). In the last 5 years overall, the under chase is 147-3.

    The chase is for game totals. Good luck!
