They could have a tournament where the MINIMUM amount of chips one gets is 10,000 chips. Then we stagger the chip stacks based on order of finish through the qualifying
1st - 20th get 15,000 starting chips
21ts- 40th get 14,000
41 - 60 get 13,000
60-80 get 12,000
80-100 get 11,000
100-120 get 10,000
