The Gun Lake Sportsbook offers a clean and easy to navigate web client. It mimics the mobile app in every way including the layout and functionality. You will find a listing of available options at the top of the page with a search bar perched on top of it.

Large, engaging graphics underneath those will take you straight to the action as well. Among them is a tab that will tell you how many live events are being offered. It will also take you directly to the live betting page when clicked. 

A full content tree can be found on the left hand side of the page. A tally of the available bets for each sport is displayed alongside each listing. 

As with the mobile app, you are unable to place actual bets. Instead, you build a retail bet ticket that generates a QR code that must be scanned in person at the casino.

You will not be able to find the mobile app on the Google Play store. Instead, you must download it straight from the Gun Lake website. A direct download link can be found under the “131 Sportsbook,” tab. A link to the App Store listing can also be found on the page as well, or just search for, “Gun Lake Betslip Builder.”

Once you open it, the app takes you instantly to the action. All of the available games are listed on the home screen as well as options to navigate to individual sports offerings at the top. Everything is well labeled, distinct, and easy to access.

Along the left hand side, you’ll find a complete listing of available bets. Each sport also features the number of bets currently offered. You can also access live betting options as well as soon to start events.

I found this app to be extremely straightforward and actually fun to use. Building bets never took me away from the lines and the betslip display was not confusing or frustrating. What’s more, teasing bets is as easy as dragging a slider giving you even more control over your bets.

Not only are there an abundance of live betting options, but they are not hard to find. There is a tab dedicated to the sports happening at the moment. Baseball live betting even gets as specific as pitch-by-pitch predictions. Tennis and soccer live betting even display a graphic display of the action in real time.

In 2011, the Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Pottawatomi Indians opened the Gun Lake Casino. When their doors opened, they offered over 1,400 slot and video poker machines as well as table games like blackjack, roulette, and craps.  

In October of 2020, the casino opened the Stage 131 Sportsbook in which sports bettors could place bets on location. Almost a year later, in August of 2021, the Gun Lake Casino officially launched its online companion platform via its mobile app and website. There is nothing to go on in terms of reviews for the app. Currently, the App Store has one, 1-star review from 2021 stating that the app did not work, or open. Obviously, that issue was resolved as I was not only able to open the app, but spent plenty of time building bets.
