No regard for life at all anymore. But just like the other shooting above, 'nobody saw nothin' when asked by the cops to identify the shooter. Unreal..a damn toddler gets shot and everyone wants to play cool...and then wonder why they have shitty neighborhoods like they do.

Right. And the FBI and DOJ need to go after the modern day syndicates just like they did the past elements. It's time to crush the guys killing kids and ruining a generation as well as neighborhoods. Homeland needs to swoop in on the bloods and crips, simon city and folk nation, any organization that runs through trafficking and violence and stomp it out. Would be a much better place.
