I just need 28 total points from drew brees, mccoy and brent celek. If brees can throw for 250 and 2 td I think i can do it.
I will have enough funds to become an SBR Pro. But with all my luck, we know the madden curse kicks in tommorrow night and
he breaks his leg

Looks like i will not be an sbr pro. Im devestated and yes the team i owe ten grand too is going to end up beating me i guess. I doubt mccoy can get 2 td when they don't even need him to win. Minnesota is terrible and they have the playoffs locked. Brees doesn't even have 9 fantasy points.
I'm completely devestated. This may be the worst Ive ever felt ever. Only thing that beats the way i feel would be my mom, sister or myself dying.

CONSPIRACY THEORY

What’s happening in the World? What’s going on?

The World Economy is crashing, the United States is involved in WARS in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and other areas of the Planet, and it must now be obvious to even the staunchest of “Nay Sayers” that our Global Society in general is in deep trouble. It appears as if all Hell truly is breaking loose Worldwide.

The Internet is the best source of News nowadays, but even on the Net the amount of False Data and garbage being put out there is astounding. The Main Stream Media has long since lost all credibility, and it is obvious that CNN, and yes, even FOX News are the tools of Big Brother and the New World Order.

Nowadays, there are dozens of Conspiracy Theories being promoted as to what’s behind all the turmoil, and many people are actually making a living out of pushing one or more of these speculations while trying to wake people up to the obvious fact that not all is right with the World. Furthermore, it is clear that even the People behind the World’s Problems are contributing to this game by offering their own Conspiracy Theory Red Herrings, for the obvious purpose of keeping people's attention dispersed, and invalidating those theories that are actually valid.

The Plot thickens.

Let’s take a look at a few of these conspiracies and perhaps see if we can sort a little fact from the fiction - the important from the not so important. Some of the biggest Theories out there surround the 911 Incident in 2001 which resulted in the collapse of the World Trade Center. The Conspiracy Theory surrounding this incident that is getting the most attention is that the US and the Israeli Governments actually set off demolition charges and brought all the buildings down after the planes hit. Another theory pertaining to this event, is that the Mossad (Israeli Intelligence) and the CIA were behind the terrorist plane attacks with the backing of the New World Order (NWO) in order to create a False Flag Event that would push the US into a war with Iraq (and eventually Iran) so that the Middle East would finally come under the domination of the NWO / International Banker Corporatocracy (Corporatocracy = a new word made up from the words "Corporation & Democracy" = a Government run by the Giant Corporations & International Bankers). Both of these theories are quite plausible, and it may very well be true that if you combine them into one supposition one might even be closer to the truth. Then again, the Demolition Theory may possibly be a red herring for the False Flag Theory, which is a little more terrifying and harder to confront, and also possibly harder to prove. Get the idea? In other words, one theory that may be ridiculous, is put out to show the ridiculousness of the true event and steer people's attention away from reality. We may never know the full extent of the truth of this event until the NWO and their henchmen are fully exposed and brought to Justice. However, we do know certain facts with surety, and one of them is that the buildings did come down. Also, we do know that the US Government & Foreign Agents were involved in some degree. Furthermore, we know for a fact that the US invaded Iraq and Afghanistan, and that Oil in those countries is still being traded in US Dollars whereas one of Saddam’s threats prior to the war was to drop the Dollar and switch over to GOLD and the Euro as Iran is now doing. Most importantly, we know that the event was used by the NWO via the US Government to implement The Patriot Act as a program to erase American Freedoms and eventually bring about Totalitarianism in that last bastion of freedom - the United States of America. Let's face it! It is the American people (not their government and politicians who was put there by the Corporatocracy), AND the Islamic People that stand in the way of this NWO, Fascist Corporatocracy. The American People should be aligning themselves WITH, and HELPING the Islamic Nations, not fighting them as intended and planned by the International Banking Corporate Cartels who seek World Domination. The two greatest enemies of this NWO are the American People and the Islamic People, both very well armed. What better way is there to get rid of these two enemies of Totalitarianism, then to have them kill each other off by pitting them one against the other. It is the perfect 3rd Party / Agent Provocateur action. And, what do they care if over three quarters of the World’s Population gets destroyed in the process. Hmmmmm! Could this be part of the overall conspiracy?

There are other Conspiracy Theories that tie into the above two that have to do with the origin of the NWO and the boys that run it. Some researchers report that they are “Lizard People”, or Aliens from a rogue planet called Nibiru who need and want humans only as slaves. Others talk about the planets Calabar, Manco, and Voltar as being the source of these evil beings who would be the masters of us all. How does one sort the Fact from the Science Fiction here? Well! First off, let’s face the fact that it would be awfully presumptuous, conceited, and very stupid of us to assume that we humans were the only life in this vast, vast universe. BUT! Does it really matter at this time where these evil Slave Masters come from or what they are??? Is it not enough to know that they possibly ARE here, and that man IS under attack regardless, even though it might only be from Evil Men and Groups of his own kind? Is it not enough to know that Mankind is armed with a Nuclear arsenal that is quite capable of frying every man woman and child on this planet? Do you really trust Obama who is one of the guys whose finger has access to the Doomsday Button??? Does it really matter which of these Conspiracy Theories is right, or half right or . . . whatever??? One can simply look at the existing facts that we CAN KNOW WITH CERTAINTY, and come to the obvious conclusion that WE ARE UNDER ATTACK. It must be obvious as shown by the LOST JOBS, the CRASHED HOUSING MARKET, the FALLING DOLLAR, and INFLATION (SEE YOUR LAST GROCERY RECEIPT), that ALL HELL IS BREAKING LOOSE!!! It was the Giant Corporations who moved our American Jobs out of the country. It was the International Banks who created the Housing Bubble and the subsequent Housing Crash. It is the International Banks who crashed the Dollar by putting millions of Americans out of work via the Giant Corporations, creating the Housing Crash, while at the same time financing American Aggression in the Middle East so that the NWO would have control of this Wild Card Area. It is the International Bankers through their Corporations who financed American Politicians to get into Power in the first place, and then require these lackeys to bail them out using "Public Money & Public Debt" after they screwed everything up Worldwide. Then they started printing money like there's no tomorrow which is now creating an Inflation that looks as if it will go up like a rocket. Regardless of Conspiracy Theories and their truth or lack thereof, IT IS OBVIOUS THAT NOT ALL IS RIGHT WITH THE WORLD ! ! ! And that has to be the understatement of the last two centuries.

This dissertation is not about who's theory is right or wrong, and it is in no way an attempt to prevent anyone, nor stop anyone from pointing out these theories whatsoever. These people who are keeping track of and researching these schemes are to be commended for at least having the confront to point them out and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. My hat's off to you.

However, can we really afford to just stand by and watch, and leave it up to the Politicians who ages ago sold us out? Can we leave it all up to a few brave souls who are researching and exposing the Plots of these Enemies of Man??? I don't think so. It’s time to get involved my friends. If we don’t do it, who will???

BUT!!! What to DO??? How should we get involved??? AND! WHAT ARE THE SOLUTIONS???

Welllllll – the following is what my family and I are DOING ABOUT IT!!!

1. Be Prepared! With the Economy in the dumps, and still continuing to head South, there is no guarantee that our Food & Water Supplies will continue to be available, nor that the Trucks will continue to keep delivering necessary commodities. Follow the Boy Scout’s Motto and Be Prepared. Stock up at least a minimum of a 6 month supply of Food, Fresh Water, and Nutritional & Herbal Supplements and add to this Emergency Medical Supplies for every member of your Family.

2. Connect up! Connect up with others of like mind in your neighborhood, and help them to Be Prepared as well. Believe me, this is not an “Everyman for himself” scenario. Those who connect up with, and help to form, and be part of a community WILL be the ones who survive this current debacle. Those who don't will be dead. If there’s no group existing or forming on your street – then start one yourself. Organize a Block Party. Invite your neighbors over for a cup of Herb Tea and then just DO it. Trust me, it is not difficult to create interest in this subject. Everyone I've talked to recently is very interested at some level or another, and they WILL listen to you. Connect up and get in communication with your neighbors.

3. Learn Basic Survival Skills! Some in your group need to learn how to plant and grow Food. Others should learn how to use weapons for defense and for hunting. Then there are those who could best contribute by learning how to knit, sew and weave cloth. There are many, many skills that can be learned that will contribute to your family's survival. Everyone in my family knows how to shoot, and one evening every week is devoted to learning one or more Survival Skills. And whaddya know? After doing this for a few months, we all discovered that we were having a ton of fun doing this. The number of new food recipes that have been added to the family has more than made it all worthwhile. Learn Basic Survival Skills, and encourage the Survival Group on your block to share their skills with each other.

4. Support the Positive! Withdraw all of your support from the Enemy = The International Banker Corporatocracy. Stop Shopping at WalMart. Stop using Microsoft Products. Stop buying your FOOD at the large Supermarkets that are controlled by Monsanto’s monopoly. Stop using Banks as much as possible. Support the Positive by: Shopping at and supporting your local economies and small Mom & Pop operations. Sure they may charge a bit more than WalMart. So what! These are your neighbors who will help you and your family to survive in a time of crisis. How do you put a price on that? Why support Microsoft and Bill Gates who is a buddy of Henry Kissinger and is solidly behind, and supports World Population control = Euthanasia. Linux and its #1 platform, Ubuntu is absolutely FREE, can be downloaded from the Internet and comes with more FREE software then you’ll ever use. With a small learning curve you'll be just as productive as if you were using Windows. It is also much, much faster than Windows. Learn to grow your own Food, or at the very least, get to know and support your local Farmers who are growing their Food Organically. To hell with Monsanto and their genetically modified Frankenfoods. Get a Greenhouse if you can. Forget using ************, and deal in cash, checks, and / or barter if you can. If someone in your neighborhood starts up a local currency, then support this with all your heart. Lastly, we need to support and learn tolerance of other Religions, other Ethnic groups and people of different backgrounds. Mankind can no longer afford Intolerance, Hate and his petty Prejudices.

The above is just a start, and this list can be, and should be added to by all of us. You need to add to it!!! We need to take our planet back Folks. Not by some bloody Revolution, but by an EVOLUTION into a higher state of awareness and consciousness. It’s time we grew up.

Is Sportsbook.com legit or not? Covers.com ranks them 6th best, but Sportsbookreview has them on the avoid list with a D-. Wish I found this out before I deposited and won huge parlays with them yesterday.

I am a member of Wager7.com and I recently just signed up with Sportsbook.com. I deposited $1000 and was
looking forward to getting in on the Super Bowl Sunday action. I started by doing a $200 3 team parlay on Italian and English Premiere Soccer UNDER's, and by 8am when that won, I did Chelsea/Liverpool UNDER 2.5 with some of the winnings,
and with the rest (nearly $2,000 now off my initial deposit of $1,000) I submitted a handful of parlays for $500 each of picks like Celtics -4.5 , Heat -11.5, Knicks - 4.5 and Pacers, Wisconsin, Notre Dame, Capitals, Capitals UNDER 5.5, etc.......

All of the parlays concluded with the Packers as the final pick!

Everything in my parlays won, and once the Packers completed my handful of parlays I logged into my wager7 account to see my balance - no proble m, and then I logged into my Sportsbook.com account, but couldn't. I tried to, but got an error message that said my account has been disabled, that I needed to contact Customer Service.

I got on live chat and a representative named Andrea helped me by asking that I send in documentation to prove who I was. She said there were inactive accounts that had chargebacks that had used my address of 28191 Singleleaf, etc and asked if I knew who these people were. I told her I had no idea. She asked how long I've lived at this address, I said my whole life and live with my mom and step dad. She said ok to write a note saying I do not know who else would have used my information, that I have no knowledge of it, and have not authorized anyone to use my information. She said to submit it and management would review it to possibly get my account reopened.

So Sportsbookreview.com , I want to make you aware of the situation and see what suggestions you had for m e, or if you could speak to them on my behalf. I won a large amount of money by hitting some 5,6,7,8 game parlays and now all of a sudden my account was disabled and it is very distressing to me. Please look into this matter for me and let me know what I should do as I am not so sure I trust these guys anymore. It seems suspicious that my account gets disabled just because I signed up and won some money with them.

EXACTLY which is it!?!?!? Until tonight, they only said my address was the same as on file with inactive accounts. Wasn't even told those inactive accounts had chargebacks until now. And then they said IP address so I don't know if they are just clarifying or changing their story. . .So I just got back on chat again and argued to no avail. They are now saying BOTH the billing address and IP address is the same as inactive accounts. I cant believe it. It's sure a nice way for me to look bad because they know I'm going to post this chat transcript so they are going to completely make up stuff now. There is NO WAY there are inactive accounts with MY billing address because wouldn't that mean cards would have had to have come in the mail in these other person's names to MY address for it to be the billing address? And that simply has not happened in the 18 years my family has lived here. Here is the transcript from the chat just now, and they are just lying out their teeth with saying the billing address is the same. I challenged to prove it, show me the records of these people's accounts, but they said they protect customer's records and won't show me but they kept saying the billing address is the same. They are lying, completely lying and now I know I'll never be paid if they just make things up like this to cover their ass. Does any of this make sense???? Look at this transcript, its outrageous, how is this reasonable? They want $800 but they want it from this Delgado, not me. So another lie because they have no intention to pay me huh, if they did why not just take it out of my winnings since I'm willing to just settle this, they insist on having me find the other account holders and get them to contact sportsbook.com to pay what I just offered to pay for them... This whole conversation was strange, and I knew I was dealing with a lie as soon as they said my billing address has been used before. I can guarantee it hasn't, and if anyone has a suggestion how I can prove this, please tell me. Sportsbook.com knows that whoever these other peoples accounts were did NOT use my billing, unless I'm mistaken and people can have a billing address for a card without having it delivered to that address. This would be one enormous coincidence that I wouldn't expect anyone to believe if I didn't have a mailbox key and know for a fact that no one has used my billing address for their cards before - if in fact for a billing address it has to be the address it was mailed to, you can't just make up a billing address without proof of you living there....

I signed up with $1000 and with a few $100 did a 3 game soccer parlay and it hit. I was feeling really good from that, and I was all hyped up from Super Bowl Sunday, and I need college funds man, so I went big and I was pretty confident with half my picks being big money lines... I'll paste my parlays .... And attached is my Driver's License, DC, and bank statement so you guys see I'm trying to show who I am. I spray painted out enough so the info couldn't be compromised.

Here are the parlays I did that equal $26,000 and change. Are they really so crazy???? I had 2,000+ from my $1,000 deposit, got a $100 bonus, and had won a 3 team soccer parlay when I submitted these for Super Bowl Sunday. We had a friends party to root on all the games starting with 9am NCAA on tv, and then the celtics abc, and penguins/capitals on nbc.... leading up to the Superbowl... I owe 2 friends a share of the money, it wasn't even my full $1000, only like $600 of it is MINE......We didn't even expect to win them all, as you can see, there is a core of 2-4 picks that we needed or all the parlays lost, but we banked on that core (especially the Packers), and the rest were a mix of different teams. We just expected a few of the parlays to win, but they all won.....We got together for super bowl day and did these teams to root on, and the packers completed it, and then we log in and it says disabled. There is no history of chargebacks, they are saying 3 random accounts from 2009 have $800 in debts that are linked to me by some public unsecured signal from the neighborhood I used from the friends house on superbowl. I signed up from my home which is a private secured signal... I've used 3-4 signals to login sportsbook.com , my friends houses and such, and now just because one of them was used on some random account 2 years ago with them, they are holding my $26,000 hostage.... The part about my billing address being the same is pure genius on their part, its a complete lie because I can't accept that 000.000001% coincidence that someone used my billing address 2 years ago. I challenged SportsBook.com to show me the records of those 3 accounts since they wanted me to track down the people on them, but they wouldn't show me anything and just kept saying the billing address is the same. If SBR can call their bluff they will be called out for the liars they are being on that, and for the ip address, yea i can see one of the ip addresses i logged in from being the same, but not the one I signed up with them from, just one from the neighborhood unsecured signals or the starbucks signal I have no clue, they won't tell me anything, or show me hard documents just what that rep said which i posted on this thread already

Like I said I've never done a ********** in my life and this is the first card I have ever had. My credit report is completely clean and blank.

betus dragged their feet so long that only 30k of the 99k was taken out, rest was lost. and i split it between the few buddies that were in on it with

Got another email from Sportsbook.com. Don't know if this is an old response from one of my queued emails to a bunch of their addresses I rounded up or what, but the news is horrible. Don't know what kind of authority this Annie has.. Must predate SBR's involvement and not the final word. I will hold off on the $800 now...But this is unreal, Sportsbook.com has now gone from saying I'll have my account reopened if I send my documents to show my identity and write a note saying I don't know who this person and that person are and have no knowledge of those accounts to saying I need to pay $800 to cover the debts in an account from 2009 and then my account will be restored, to finally YOUR BANNED. Their inconsistency speaks for itself.

Okay as the OP requested, I will post what I found in just a brief investigation. When the OP first started posting, I felt a bit of compassion for him as I actually found this site because I wanted to post about a bad experience I had with SB.com. However, as I read his posts, I began to recognize things he was saying that were similar to a past criminal case that was in the media several years ago. I am also in SoCal. When he posted the name Cole Delgado, and his own address in SoCal I was pretty certain I knew who he was, especially when he mentioned that he went into the parlay bets with his buddies, and they split the winnings. Here's the story:

In 2004, a guy named Cole Bartiromo was arrested for running an illegal boomaking operation in Mission Viejo, CA with his buddies, all of whom were in High School. He was also charged with various stockmarket fraud schemes. He was recently released from federal prison. I found it quite coincidental that this group of HS guys lived in the same neighborhood as the OP. I also found it a coincidence that the OP's payout was being withheld due to a ********** involving a Cole Delgado.

The OP posted a link his Facebook page. Cole Bartiromo is on his friends list. By the way the OP did not message me(big surprise). I think he was using the forum to pressure SB.com to pay him. I will look in to a couple more things and post one more time. Of course, this could all just be a coincidence. It looks like SB.com got this one right.

It was two summers ago. "Daniel" says he won $99,600 2 summers ago on BetUs. Is the any doubt who dollarshcollar is? Really?

What is amusing is at the time Bartiromo was on parole living in a half-way house and prohibited from accessing the internet. He was sent back to finish his sentence for parole violation when he was found to have a cell phone in his possession. He argued in court and had a college professor write a letter stating the courts actions were unreasonable because he needed the phone, and access to the internet to keep up with his studies.

He should shutup and hope the court does not get this information.

Once muscular growth has been stimulated, it can't be stimulated anymore than what it is. Anymore than the exact precise amount is overtraining. There is no such thing as stimulating the muscles further by doing a 2nd set after doing one set to failure. The stimulus responsible for increasing size and strength is the last rep of a set carried to failure, and that last rep has to be progressive resistance or overload. Aka , one more rep than your previous best or more weight, or more time under tension. A 2nd, 3rd set or more does absolutely nothing but go into your recovery ability causing you not to gain as much muscle or strength that you could have. Mr Olympia dorian yates, 1st mr olympia larry scott, 4 certification programsmt the editor of ironman magazine, the inventor of nautilus and medex and cybex all agree with what i posted. Either growth is stimulated or it isn't.
For the dumb folk that are stubborn or have been brainwashed into believing something else i will explain more.

Think of your muscles as dirt on the ground and building muscle as the mountain on top of the dirt.
You do a set and a hole is dug into the dirt, aka the muscle.

Example: you do a set of standing barbell curls to failure where you can't do another rep. You have damaged, aka , contracted muscle cells.
This is like digging a hole into the ground.
Now by doing a 2nd set or 3rd and so on, all your doing is making the whole deeper and deeper. You do not want to make the whole deeper. By doing the 1 set to failure in the curl you have stimulated growth. Not too many people know , but the exact same chemicals in the body that are used for recovery are the exact same chemicals used for muscular growth.
By doing a 2nd or 3rd set or more after you have done 1 set to failure all your doing is digger a deeper hole , now your body has to use up your resources that would be used for muscular growth. They now have to be used for recovery when they could of been used for growth.
The very 1st thing the body needs to do to grow is to recover. The muscle cannot gain muscle or strength until it has recovered. Aka filling up the hole that was dug. After the hole is filled up, if growth was stimulated, the body then overcompensates and builds dirt on top of the ground, aka, making your muscles bigger.
A set you can normaly perform 10 reps with and for some reason you only did 1 rep, would you ever grow or gain strength? No. Why? Because the intensity of effort on that rep is low and your muscles are not fatigued and have no reason to expand beyond its existing compacity.
If you only did 7 or 8 or 9 reps you still would not grow because your body knows it can do 10 reps . After each rep you do the body contracts more and more muscle cells until it can no longer do another rep. If you do 10 reps your body still would not grow because you can curl the weight ten times.
In order to grow you have to do what you haven't done before and that is an 11th rep . Not 2 or 3 or 4 sets, but 1 set and one set to failure where you can't do another rep and you do that 11th rep.
This goes for all exercises. If you can incline dumbell press 80 pound dumbells for 5 reps, the next workout you either have to do
1. go up in weight or
2. Do the 80 pound dumbells for 6 reps , or more.
No growth can be stimulated by doing a 2nd set or 3rd, or 4th or 5th or 6th set. Once growth has been stimulated by doing that 11 rep on the curl or doing that 6th rep in the dumbell press. No 2nd set is needed or should be even desired. Any more sets goes into your recovery ability and is overtraining.
This is why people can lift weights for years or everybody can do a routine and people can see various results.
They all stimulated growth if they went up in weight or reps, but people are seeing different results only because some people can tolerate more exercise or have different recovery abilities. The fact that you feel like you can do more doesn't mean you should do more and it shouldn't.

I said it earlier in this post and I'll say it again. THE ONE AND ONLY STIMULUS RESPONSIBLE FOR INCREASING SIZE AND STRENGTH IS THE LAST REP OF A SET CARRIED TO FAILURE AS LONG AS PROGRESSIVE RESISTANCE OR PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD IS APPLIED. ALL THE OTHER REPS OF A SET DO NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT WARMUP REPS UNTIL YOU DO YOUR LAST REP WHERE GROWTH CAN BE STIMULATED.

The body was not meant to lift weights. God did not itend for the body to be used for weightlifting. This is only done for various reasons, like getting better at sports, wanting to big build bigger or stronger muscles for whatever your own personal reasons are.
The body has week links when lifting. Like when doing bench presses. The front deltoids and triceps are being worked much more then the chest. Or when doing pulldowns the biceps and shoulders are being worked. This is why people complain when lifting that they feel nothing in a certain area they think they are working.
This is why you should use great form and slow your repititions down so you can get a muscular contraction in the muscle group you are training. Many times it is also necessary to pre exhaust the muscle to remove the week links.
Example: When doing pulldowns you 1st need to warmup your muscles. Do a light set of pulldowns for a few reps, not to failure with a light weight, then do a medium set, aka a slightly heavier set not to failure .
Then go over to the pullover machine and do 1 set to failure in the pullover or in the dumbell pullover with a weight you can do for around 10 reps.
As soon as you cannot do another rep. Walk over to the pulldown and do 1 set to failure in the pulldown. For the very 1st time in your life you may of experienced something you have felt before. The feeling of having to stop your set because you are getting a cramp in your lat or feel it so much in your lats you feel like they are going to explode. You have stimulated real muscle growth without having week links like the biceps and shoulders involved.
No 2nd set is needed . A 2nd set would do nothing but go into your recovery ability causing you not to gain as much strength and muscles as your genetics allows.

The proper way to train has been out for year right in people's faces for everyone to see for years but along the way people have tried to sabbotage it with other various workouts, beliefs, aka, like religious beliefs or economic beliefs to make you believe that something else is the truth, when in fact, the exact opposite may be true, and usually is.

What about certification programs? Anyone can become a certified trainer. In fact you can become a certified trainer online in less than 3 hours. You purchase the program online. You then click the option that you have read the material and are ready to take the test. You then take the test online. You then get graded. 3 hours later you are a certified trainer. Now guess what. Did you know most cerification programs don't even really grade you? Why? Because they want your money. They are not going to flunk anyone for the most part because if they do , then they can't take your money and send you a certification certificate. Most certification programs are exactly alike with some modification so they don't copy other programs. This is how and why anyone can start a certification program. Its all about the money.
So who certifies the cerifier? Who certifies them? The answer is noone. Anyone can be a certified trainer and anyone can start their own certification program. In fact if you wanted to start your own certification program tommorrow, you could and for very little cost.
As an experiment, i stopped writing this and became a certified trainer again in less than 30 minutes. Not hard at all. There are several hundred certification programs and they all have one goal. Get you certified and take your money. Then out of the blue, you need to send more money in a year to remain certified. Did i lose training knowledge in that year that i have to send money to regain it?
The moral is, most certification programs are crap , in fact horrendous just like most training programs people are on.
Most certified trainers don't even know the basic fundementals of their field. This goes for alot of our leaders in various fields. The best trainer at your gym could be the strongest guy , but i doubt it, but could easily be someone that has never touched a weight. You don't gain knowlege by lifting weights. You gain it from learning by reading, and observing and having an open mind. Of course not many knowledgable people have never not touched a weight, but listening to someone with great genes, or on growth hormone or says listen to them because they are certified may not be the way to go either.
This reminds me as a child when i never touched a weight and overheard someone recommend for someone to do 4 sets of 8 on a certain exercise. I was only 4 years old, but i remember asking why not 3 sets of 8 or 5 sets of 8 or 3 sets of 7 or 3 sets of 9.
I never got an answer , except for a mean look. I doubt anyone can clearly answer this, with the exception of myself and a few other individuals. Being a genious that didnt talk much as a child that was known to be shy, such a response by me then was probaly too much for the gym trainer to handle.
Congrats if you read all this. You may have finally learned something this year. This will be posted and has been posted on various forums. Even been offered a job at an online bodybuilding site because of it. Yes its true, im eating doritos as i write this. But we all have things to learn and our own weeknesses.
Goal + plan + motivation is the key to success.

If anyone really want to learn how to lift weights, learn something of value or to finally gain some real muscle, strength, or get in shape or better at there sport. How about contacting someone that will tell you the truth?

Motivation

READ THIS CAREFULLY, LET IT SINK IN!!!

Michael is the kind of guy you love to hate. He is always in a good
mood and always has something positive to say.

When someone would ask him how he was doing, he would
reply, "If I were any better, I would be twins!"

He was a natural motivator.

If an employee was having a bad day, Michael was
there telling the employee how to look on the positive side of the
situation.

Seeing this style really made me curious, so one day
I went up to Michael and asked him, "I don't get it! You can't be
a positive person all of the time. How do you do it?"

Michael replied, "Each morning I wake up and say to
myself, you have two choices today.

You can choose to be in a good mood or ... you can
choose to be in a bad mood.

I choose to be in a good mood.

Each time something bad happens, I can choose to be
a victim or...I can choose to learn from it. I choose to learn from
it.

Every time someone comes to me complaining, I can
choose to accept their complaining or... I can point out the positive
side of life.

I choose the positive side of life.

"Yeah, right, it's not that easy," I protested.
"Yes, it is," Michael said.

"Life is all about choices. When you cut away all
the junk, every situation is a choice. You choose how you react to
situations. You
choose how people affect your mood. You choose to be
in a good mood or bad mood.

The bottom line: It's your choice how you live your life."

I reflected on what Michael said. Soon thereafter, I
left the Tower Industry to start my own business. We lost touch,
but I often thought about him when I made a choice about life instead
of
reacting to it.

Several years later, I heard that Michael was
involved in a serious accident, falling some 60 feet from a
communications tower.

After 18 hours of surgery and weeks of intensive
care, Michael was released from the hospital with rods placed in his
back.

I saw Michael about six months after the accident.
When I asked him how he was, he replied. "If I were any better, I'd
be twins. Wan see my scars?"

I declined to see his wounds, but I did ask him what
had gone through his mind as the accident took place.

"The first thing that went through my mind was the
well-being of my soon to be born daughter," Michael replied. "Then,
as I lay on the ground, I remembered that I had two choices: I could
choose to live or... I could choose to die. I chose to live."

"Weren't you scared? Did you lose consciousness?" I
asked.

Michael continued, "...the paramedics were great.
They kept telling me I was going to be fine. But when they
wheeled me into the ER and I saw the expressions on
the faces of the doctors and nurses, I got
really scared. In their eyes, I read "he's a dead
man. I knew I needed to take action."

"What did you do?" I asked.

"Well, there was a big burly nurse shouting
questions at me," said Michael. "She asked if I was allergic to
anything.

"Yes, I replied." The doctors and nurses stopped
working as they waited for my reply. I took a deep breath and
yelled, "Gravity."

Over their laughter, I told them, "I am choosing to
live. Operate on me as if I am alive, not dead."Michael lived, thanks
to the skill of his doctors, but also because of his amazing
attitude. I learned from him that every day we have the choice to
live fully.

Attitude, after all, is everything.

There was an incident in a Detroit Tigers game several weeks ago that reminded me again that while baseball may indeed be the national pastime, it’s also among the goofiest of activities known to man.

Justin Verlander, the Tigers’ ace, was seven innings into a no-hitter against the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim when a speedy swat hitter named Erick Aybar stepped to the plate to start the eighth.

Verlander delivered, and Aybar squared around and bunted the ball between the pitcher’s mound and third base. Verlander jumped on it, but then threw wildly over the first baseman’s head. It was ruled an error, so the no-hitter was still intact. But Verlander was still steamed. He turned and glared at Aybar. And shortly thereafter – related or not - Verlander gave up his one and only hit of the game, and the no-hitter was history.

The Tigers ultimately won the game, but Verlander remained livid. He called Aybar’s action “bush league,” which in baseball parlance means amateurish, because according to baseball’s list of unwritten commandments “thou shalt not bunt or otherwise pitty-pat the ball while the opposing pitcher is throwing a no-hitter.”

The funny thing about this rule – other than it exists at all – is that it’s not well-defined. It doesn’t, for instance, tell a batter how early in the game he should cease and desist from bunting. So a guy who bunts in the fourth inning of a no-hitter might not be frowned upon, but a guy in the sixth inning who does it will probably.

In no other sport will you find such silliness. An NFL wide receiver on his way to the end zone doesn’t intentionally run out of bounds so as not to ruin the other team’s shutout. A basketball player doesn’t pass up a chance to block the shot of an opponent who’s about to set a scoring record. Only in baseball does the unwritten rule say that you shouldn’t do everything possible to win the game.

It’s nuts. But then that’s baseball. This is a sport, after all, in which you’re also not supposed to steal a base when your team has a large lead, and yet, oddly enough, there’s no such rule for hitters. When teams are way ahead, hitters still try to get on base. But when they do, they’re not supposed to steal. Go figure. Why, you might ask, doesn’t the unwritten rule just go all the way and require that baserunners walk or jog between bases?

In baseball, you’re also not supposed to admire your work when you hit a home run, which again makes no sense. If you hit a ball traveling 95 mph with a teeny-tiny stick over a fence 360 feet away, you deserve to stand and admire it or perhaps let fly with a “Yeeha!”

But when hitters do that, baseball tradition dictates that the pitcher throw his next pitch at the next batter, often at his head, which again is nuts. What’d that guy do? He’s not the one who oohed and aahed over the home run he just hit. Why doesn’t the pitcher wait until the guy who hit the home run comes up again and plunk him?

Well, because that’s not what the unwritten rule book says, that’s why.

It gets nuttier, though. When the batter who was just drilled does the sensible thing and charges the mound to pummel the pitcher, who gets thrown out of the game? The batter, and not the guy who tried to injure or kill him.

Now where’s the sense in that?

The curious thing about that particular unwritten rule is that while batters aren’t supposed to celebrate their hitting prowess, the same doesn’t hold for pitchers. Pitchers routinely pump their fists and roar like lions when they strike a batter out.

The Tigers’ Jose Valverde, for one, does it all the time. And yet never once do you see the next batter “accidentally” helicopter his bat toward Valverde to let him know he didn’t appreciate him showing up his buddy.

That makes me suspicious. You know what I think?

I think pitchers wrote the unwritten rules.

How to heal from injuries?

What If The Pain Won't Go Away?

Sometimes pain is very persistant and still won't go away even with "slow
movement" type exercise therapy. If the pain persists, follow these
rules and your recovery should be much faster.

Rule #1
Once you get injured... everything changes. Forget about your current
rate of progress. Your new goal is to heal the injury. Focus all your
attention on getting better.

Rule #2
Don't lay off... It doens't help. The pain just stays with you... It
doesn't seem to matter how long you lay off. You must actually
work the injury out of the joint. Which leads to rule #3...

Rule #3
Find exercises that do not cause no pain. This is important! When I say
no pain, I mean no pain. Not pain that is tolerable or less than it was, I
mean no pain. You see... pain sets up a histamine reaction which causes
swelling and blocks circulation just like your nose plugs up with allergies...
That's why you take anti-histamines to reduce the swelling, so you can
breath again. Finding pain free exercises gets circulation into the injured
area. Also... the exercise has to be pain free even before you warm
up the joint. Not after.

Rule #4
Don't be fooled by endorphin release. It will mask the pain. Even if you
can't feel it... The injury is still taking place. You must find exercises
that don't cause pain without any warm-up. This will accelerate the
healing tremendously.

Rule #5
After you have once found pain free exercises, use a light resistance
and move very slowly through the exercise. It will stimulate nutrient
rich, healing blood to circulate into the area and sweep out all the
accumulated toxins.

Rule #6
Ice the injured area each night until it goes numb. Your body will sense
the cold and send more warm fresh blood to the injured area. Be
careful you don't over do it and get frostbite.

Rule #7
Take aspirin about every three hours, it is a mild anti-inflammatory
and allegedly thins the blood to aid in penetrating the swollen tissues.
Don't take it before workouts as it will mask pain. You need pain to
tell you when you are re-injuring yourself.

Rule #8
Don't ignore the first signs of pain. Be alert on every exercise. If you
feel a little tinge of pain, stop the exercise and go to something else.
Most of the damage can be avoided if you will be more alert to the
very first signs of pain. I'm talking about joint pain not the lactic
acid pain associated with muscles working

One set to failure high intensity training

Once muscular growth has been stimulated, it can't be stimulated anymore than what it is. Anymore than the exact precise amount is overtraining. There is no such thing as stimulating the muscles further by doing a 2nd set after doing one set to failure. The stimulus responsible for increasing size and strength is the last rep of a set carried to failure, and that last rep has to be progressive resistance or overload. Aka , one more rep than your previous best or more weight, or more time under tension. A 2nd, 3rd set or more does absolutely nothing but go into your recovery ability causing you not to gain as much muscle or strength that you could have. Mr Olympia dorian yates, 1st mr olympia larry scott, 4 certification programsmt the editor of ironman magazine, the inventor of nautilus and medex and cybex all agree with what i posted. Either growth is stimulated or it isn't.
For the dumb folk that are stubborn or have been brainwashed into believing something else i will explain more.

Think of your muscles as dirt on the ground and building muscle as the mountain on top of the dirt.
You do a set and a hole is dug into the dirt, aka the muscle.

Example: you do a set of standing barbell curls to failure where you can't do another rep. You have damaged, aka , contracted muscle cells.
This is like digging a hole into the ground.
Now by doing a 2nd set or 3rd and so on, all your doing is making the whole deeper and deeper. You do not want to make the whole deeper. By doing the 1 set to failure in the curl you have stimulated growth. Not too many people know , but the exact same chemicals in the body that are used for recovery are the exact same chemicals used for muscular growth.
By doing a 2nd or 3rd set or more after you have done 1 set to failure all your doing is digger a deeper hole , now your body has to use up your resources that would be used for muscular growth. They now have to be used for recovery when they could of been used for growth.
The very 1st thing the body needs to do to grow is to recover. The muscle cannot gain muscle or strength until it has recovered. Aka filling up the hole that was dug. After the hole is filled up, if growth was stimulated, the body then overcompensates and builds dirt on top of the ground, aka, making your muscles bigger.
A set you can normaly perform 10 reps with and for some reason you only did 1 rep, would you ever grow or gain strength? No. Why? Because the intensity of effort on that rep is low and your muscles are not fatigued and have no reason to expand beyond its existing compacity.
If you only did 7 or 8 or 9 reps you still would not grow because your body knows it can do 10 reps . After each rep you do the body contracts more and more muscle cells until it can no longer do another rep. If you do 10 reps your body still would not grow because you can curl the weight ten times.
In order to grow you have to do what you haven't done before and that is an 11th rep . Not 2 or 3 or 4 sets, but 1 set and one set to failure where you can't do another rep and you do that 11th rep.
This goes for all exercises. If you can incline dumbell press 80 pound dumbells for 5 reps, the next workout you either have to do
1. go up in weight or
2. Do the 80 pound dumbells for 6 reps , or more.
No growth can be stimulated by doing a 2nd set or 3rd, or 4th or 5th or 6th set. Once growth has been stimulated by doing that 11 rep on the curl or doing that 6th rep in the dumbell press. No 2nd set is needed or should be even desired. Any more sets goes into your recovery ability and is overtraining.
This is why people can lift weights for years or everybody can do a routine and people can see various results.
They all stimulated growth if they went up in weight or reps, but people are seeing different results only because some people can tolerate more exercise or have different recovery abilities. The fact that you feel like you can do more doesn't mean you should do more and it shouldn't.

I said it earlier in this post and I'll say it again. THE ONE AND ONLY STIMULUS RESPONSIBLE FOR INCREASING SIZE AND STRENGTH IS THE LAST REP OF A SET CARRIED TO FAILURE AS LONG AS PROGRESSIVE RESISTANCE OR PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD IS APPLIED. ALL THE OTHER REPS OF A SET DO NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT WARMUP REPS UNTIL YOU DO YOUR LAST REP WHERE GROWTH CAN BE STIMULATED.

The body was not meant to lift weights. God did not itend for the body to be used for weightlifting. This is only done for various reasons, like getting better at sports, wanting to big build bigger or stronger muscles for whatever your own personal reasons are.
The body has week links when lifting. Like when doing bench presses. The front deltoids and triceps are being worked much more then the chest. Or when doing pulldowns the biceps and shoulders are being worked. This is why people complain when lifting that they feel nothing in a certain area they think they are working.
This is why you should use great form and slow your repititions down so you can get a muscular contraction in the muscle group you are training. Many times it is also necessary to pre exhaust the muscle to remove the week links.
Example: When doing pulldowns you 1st need to warmup your muscles. Do a light set of pulldowns for a few reps, not to failure with a light weight, then do a medium set, aka a slightly heavier set not to failure .
Then go over to the pullover machine and do 1 set to failure in the pullover or in the dumbell pullover with a weight you can do for around 10 reps.
As soon as you cannot do another rep. Walk over to the pulldown and do 1 set to failure in the pulldown. For the very 1st time in your life you may of experienced something you have felt before. The feeling of having to stop your set because you are getting a cramp in your lat or feel it so much in your lats you feel like they are going to explode. You have stimulated real muscle growth without having week links like the biceps and shoulders involved.
No 2nd set is needed . A 2nd set would do nothing but go into your recovery ability causing you not to gain as much strength and muscles as your genetics allows.

The proper way to train has been out for year right in people's faces for everyone to see for years but along the way people have tried to sabbotage it with other various workouts, beliefs, aka, like religious beliefs or economic beliefs to make you believe that something else is the truth, when in fact, the exact opposite may be true, and usually is.

What about certification programs? Anyone can become a certified trainer. In fact you can become a certified trainer online in less than 3 hours. You purchase the program online. You then click the option that you have read the material and are ready to take the test. You then take the test online. You then get graded. 3 hours later you are a certified trainer. Now guess what. Did you know most cerification programs don't even really grade you? Why? Because they want your money. They are not going to flunk anyone for the most part because if they do , then they can't take your money and send you a certification certificate. Most certification programs are exactly alike with some modification so they don't copy other programs. This is how and why anyone can start a certification program. Its all about the money.
So who certifies the cerifier? Who certifies them? The answer is noone. Anyone can be a certified trainer and anyone can start their own certification program. In fact if you wanted to start your own certification program tommorrow, you could and for very little cost.
As an experiment, i stopped writing this and became a certified trainer again in less than 30 minutes. Not hard at all. There are several hundred certification programs and they all have one goal. Get you certified and take your money. Then out of the blue, you need to send more money in a year to remain certified. Did i lose training knowledge in that year that i have to send money to regain it?
The moral is, most certification programs are crap , in fact horrendous just like most training programs people are on.
Most certified trainers don't even know the basic fundementals of their field. This goes for alot of our leaders in various fields. The best trainer at your gym could be the strongest guy , but i doubt it, but could easily be someone that has never touched a weight. You don't gain knowlege by lifting weights. You gain it from learning by reading, and observing and having an open mind. Of course not many knowledgable people have never not touched a weight, but listening to someone with great genes, or on growth hormone or says listen to them because they are certified may not be the way to go either.
This reminds me as a child when i never touched a weight and overheard someone recommend for someone to do 4 sets of 8 on a certain exercise. I was only 4 years old, but i remember asking why not 3 sets of 8 or 5 sets of 8 or 3 sets of 7 or 3 sets of 9.
I never got an answer , except for a mean look. I doubt anyone can clearly answer this, with the exception of myself and a few other individuals. Being a genious that didnt talk much as a child that was known to be shy, such a response by me then was probaly too much for the gym trainer to handle.
Congrats if you read all this. You may have finally learned something this year. This will be posted and has been posted on various forums. Even been offered a job at an online bodybuilding site because of it. Yes its true, im eating doritos as i write this. But we all have things to learn and our own weeknesses.

My life story from birth

Born on august 31st 1972 in henderson , ky. Dad was in the army back from vietnam. He was shot in vietman but would never talk
about it. We moved to switzerland when i was around 1 and lived there and in france, germany and england up to the age of six,
On the way back home. We where at the airport and i refused to get on the plane and was scared and crying. They said why. I said that
the plane looks different then the others.I even remember seeing a flame shooting out of the engine. I called it the big round thing
on the back. I then took off running. They could not find me so we had to take another flight. Guess what happened? The other plane crashed
with no survivors. Too this day, i don't even remember what city i was in, i never even asked my parents ever. All i know is that it happened.
Im stunned to this day, ive never done a web search for plane crashes in the early 70's from europe. I almost did once but for some reason
I don't.
After dad was discharged from the army we moved back to a little city in kentucky. As a baby i was told i cried, cried
and cried, and that i was cursed by the devil. I know this because anytime a baby was around,, people would always say
that i cried and believed i was cursed by the devil.

One of my earliest childhood memories was in kindergarten and we had to color a picture of abe lincoln. She
said we could color it anyway we wanted so i colored him black. After i handed it in, she twisted my ear and asked
why i colored him black. I said he doesn't look white too me, looks kind of dark complected. She then said there
will never be a black president. The only black kid in class laughed his ass off when i showed him the pic.
I then went to a catholic school and when i was in the first grade, some guys from the 8th grade tied me up in the bathroom and said
they were gonna hang me to death. yes a real hanging. Yes they really did try to kill me. Not sure why, i was six years old.
I was in the bathroom stall hanging and choking to death. I have no idea how but after a few seconds or minutes. I can't really remember
but i got myself done and out of it. I then remember the stunned looks on there faces as i walked back to class as i had to walk by
there class to get to mine. Too this day, anytime i see one of them, they give me this look and i give them one back. Doesn't happen to often
that i bump into one but the look i give them is kind of like, yep I'm a bad ass and you'll pay for what you did for the rest of your life.

I was a great athlete when i was young. I was the all star baseball player and was a good tennis player from the very first time I played. One of the
jealous kids in the 3rd grade then started a rumor that i was gay. Everyone liked him and he was very popular. I thought i was also, but up until
the 9th grade i was tagged as gay boy. My parents didn't even know and i never once talked to a girl during school. Hard to talk
to someone when they won't talk to you. I continued to kick ass in baseball , tennis , football and basketball. I was the best basketball player in school
and everyone knew it. I couldn't play though, because i was the gay boy. I forgot to mention i was beat up everyday even though
i was the tallest and the biggest. I didn't care. I could take it and nothing i can do and i would never let my parents know.
I remember one day i was very sick . In catholic school you went to church 2 days a week at 9 am till 10. One day after taking
communion , i went outside and threw up.
The nun sister, then grabbed my ear and twisted it around and said i was cursed by the devil. She then told me all catholics
are right and everyone else in the world was wrong. I knew right then and there that she was wrong and i would fake being catholic perhaps
for the rest of my life. I even knew the pastor or Father was gay. But who am i to say, im suppovely the gay boy..
From the age of 9 till the age of 11 , i don't think i said more than 500 total words. I only speak unless im spoken too and after
being hit over and over , i started to develop some speech trouble and i still have today,. I sometimes get tongue tied
and stutter.
I was the star lineman and defensive end on the little league football team. The coaches all said there sons were, but i knew and
so did everyone else that i was the best. I never played another game after the 6th grade till my senior year. I will talk about that late.
My mom had affairs as a child . Before taking me to the football game, she would drive out to the woods and had an affair with a certain guy,
while i was in the backseat burning up. I then missed the van that would take me to the game. I ended up missing the last game as
I know believe i had a heat stroke and my mom didn't even take me to the doctor in fear i would say something to dad.
I lived next to a bar as a child . The bar closed down when i was 16 because it was close to town and the cops wanted the area to be
clean and would pull over too many people. My millionaire grandpa that wouldnt give a dime to anyone also closed down because his
grandkids were getting close to an age where they could start drinking and he would return to full time farming.

One day i was driving down the road with my dad and i accidently waived at the guy my mom was having an affair with. My dad also
waived, they knew eachother from school and also went to the same bar. My dad bartended there on weekends after his regular job
during the week. I would be there almost eveyday playing pool and pacman.
After i waived, my dad turned to me and said how do i know him. He said you saw him with your mother , he kept saying it over and over and screaming until i started to cry and say yes.

When we got home , my parents got into an argument. My mom didn't deny it and she said that he went out with bar women after the bar closed also and he didn't say much after that. Even though they were still married, it was pretty much all over at that point until they finally divorced in 94.
That nite, my mom stabbed my dad and it was one of the most horrific things ive ever seen. He didn't even go to the hospital even though i seen it
go in about 2 or 3 inches. Im still stunned over it till this day.
A week doesn't go by i don't think about it.
When i was in the 4th grade, me and my cousin was having an argument about a beer can. A crushed beer can was across the road. I said it was a pabst blue ribbon, he said it was something else.
I then crossed the road to see what it was and bam. A car going about 30 mph hits me and i fly up in the air according to witnesses and even broke
the windshield. I then got up and ran. People thought i was dead. I was crying, because my mom and died got out of the house and started screaming at me because i broke a windshield and didnt see the car.
They didn't care about me, just that persons car and if they owed any money for it. I guess i didnt' receive any damage from it even though as i somehow
convinced most people that it didn't even hit me and it only hit my hand and i fell down. No idea how i did that.
people said i hit the car hard and ground hard. I still say to this day,, that car pulled out at the restaurant about 100 feet away and didn't see me. No idea how she could of hit me . She was an old lady on top of that. At least 60 back then seemed old.
My teacher at school then forced me to get in front of the class and talk about my experience of getting hit by the car.
WTF???????????????????/ Why did she do that to me.
I have a sister that was born blind and 5 years younger then me. She is also mentally handicapped but not as bad as someone
that looks mentally challenged. Most blinds are cross eyed or you can tell by looking. You can't tell at first glance that she is blind. She knows basic stuff
and loves to sing and listen to music.
Is it any wonder why my dad got drunk everyday and i never once remember him being sober? He was sober the first hour he was awake i guess but then i wanted him drunk. I liked him better drunk.
When i was in the 6th grade he shot at me with a bow and missed me by a half inch maybe. How can someone do that?? The arrow went right into the wall.
I don't even think he remembered it. It was never mentioned and i never told anyone until now.
I finally graduated from catholic school and now going to high school. Not sure how or what happened, but i was no longer gay boy and everyone in the catholic school was cool to me, even the babes.
I still never even kissed a girl yet.. In fact to this day, i haven't kissed or had sex with a women since 1993. Why?? I don't know. I get
too choked up. Im broke, no money, live with mom. I also think nobody wanted to date anyone that has to take care of a blind sister
and uncle with alzhieimers everyday. I talk to women all the time. It doesn't help being 350 pounds and no job.
The last time i tried to talk to a women, i almost hyperventilated

In my next posts i will talk about getting busted on 3 way calling with all 3 women i was talking too. Jumping off the ohio
bridge in evansville indiana. Getting drunk and getting laid for the first time. The first time i drank tequila. When the social workers
tried to take my sister away. Jumping a fence and running with the lineman on the bengals. Standing barbell curling 230 pounds and losing
my hearing.. Going from 230 pounds to 195 to 280 in 3 months, to 350, down to 280 and how i got to almost 400 pounds.
How i saved my life with cayenne pepper powder and apple cider vinegar. How ive lost almost 100 k at the casinos in the last ten years,

My senior year in high school was pretty cool. That summer i decided to play football for the 1st time since the 6th grade. I don't believe
many where happy to see my there as 4 guys knew i would be taking there spot after they busted there but for years to get where they are at.
I played o and d line at 230 pounds and 6;2. Big for high school. I never touched a weight and hardly ran at all. I went through camp like a breeze and
everyone expected me to be the starting left guard and inside linebacker or d end.
Before the first game, the coach comes up to me and tells me he is not going to play me. I was pissed and i knew i was being blackballed.
He even said it about 15 feet from the team and i could see some of the players putting there head down. I know they went to the coach
and said something. They lifted and sweated there ass off for years and then i just come in and take there job. He said would play
if we were up or down alot. We were a great team and were never up or down alot so i didn't even play a single snap. Best o and d lineman in the school
and didnt even play. Other people at school were like, wow he must suck, he doesn't even play. Only if they knew.
The coach starting a 5 7 150 pound guard and defensive tackle was an absolute ******* joke. Actually he as a bad ass hitter and for
high school not too small and he could run a 4.7 40. I ran a 4.9 and a mile in 6 min. Not bad for my 1st time ever running a distance.
One guy got injured and we lost one game. No big deal. It was actually against the 1 ranked team in the country that came up from florida.
we lost 23-22 and the next game the coach said he was finally gonna start me both ways.
At the practices we had scouts come check some of our players out and they were actually there to see others but they ended up
on me most of the time. I could go through the entire practice and not even look like i was working. I had offers from over 30 schools but I'll talk
about that later.
2 days before our big district game I missed practice. I had no choice. My dad tried to kill my mom and run her off the road. That nite
he also tried to kill or at least hurt me. He put both his hands around my neck and started choking and shaking me. My mom finally broke it up.
How both could still be in the same house together after he tried to run her off the road is beyond me. Like i said i have a sister that is blind and handicap
and as long as she was there in the house, i knew no killing would go on. My dad got real abusive towards my mom after he lost his job my junior
year in highschool and he would wake up and drink around 10 am and be knocked out most nites by 7. He would scream when he was sleeping and started to have vietnam flashbacks i believe.
The next day after school, i had to stay home to be with my sister because my mom had to work and my dad was out drunk in some bar. So i had to miss practice. My sister was normally in school from mon-friday and home on the weekends but not that day as they let out early for something.
We had a rule on the team, that if anyone misses practice he had to run a certain ammount before they could even play. I missed 3 total practices
in 2 months and didn't do any running to make it up. After he checked, he told me i had to run 5 miles to be able to play.
I then said, coach, the game is tommorrow and you want me to run 5 miles? I said do you want to win or lose. If you make me run
this 5 miles i will be too tired and exhausted to be able to play. I'm an lineman, not a wr or rb. I need to rest and build up
mental and physical energy. He said run it or your off the team.
I left and quit the team.
Of course nobody knew the real reasons except for me and for the next 2 months my senior year i was an outcast to the whole school
pretty much expect for a few geeks, People though i quit on the team and wanted nothing to do with me.
Our team did win the district but the way our system is setup we played the 1 ranked team in the state in round 1 and lost.
I remember as our team was leaving on a charter bus. I looked at some of the coaches and a couple players and gave them
the choke symbol.
It wasn't until december 31st that i would be back to being cool again with the team and the rest of the school. Wee had a big party and of
course since my dad is a drunk and has about 3 months of beer on hand. I brought tons of beer to the party and just like that, im back
in. The season was over and it was time to be friends again. That nite was the first nite i ever drank and will never forget being the cool kid again.
That nite was also a horrific nite as 6 friends in 2 cars in opposite ends of the county both wrecked. 3 guys and 3 girls in both cars.
All six girls died and all the guys did not have a scratch on them. The cars not even totalled.
Both guys driving were drinking, but you know how it is, they weren't really ****** up, just legally drunk and underage.
They just went around a curve and hit mail boxes and an hill. The other ran off the road and hit an embankment. None of the guys understood
how the survived and the girls didn't, since nobody had a scratch on them . I believe it was a quick jerking action of there heads moving or hitting the seat
that killed them , if thats what happened. None of the guys even knew as they were just fine. I saw them all minutes after it happened and
nobody even knew they were dead. Just figured they were knocked out and would come though, but didn't.
Nobody reallly talked about it again for the rest of my senior year. We continued to party but always made sure no drinking and driving, i think.
I was a wild man my 2nd half of my senior year as there was nothing better than partying on friday and sat night, going mudding on sunday and then just get through school and do it all over again.
I graduated even though i flunked 3 classes and passed my english test by 1 point. hell i probaly flunked it and they just passed me anyway.
Looking back i wish i would of flunked a couple years because there were some serious babes in the 7th and 8th grade that would be in high school
those next 2 years.
In my next post i will talk about getting busted on 3 way calling with 3 girlfriends, my first real date , my mom and dads' splitting and
I'll talk about 30 schools wanted me to play football for them.

Part 3
Wow what a day, i lost my fantasy big fantasy league by 1.78 pts, I benched a hernandez for z miller. Another brilliant play.
Almost as bad as the day i got busted on 3 way calling. Back in 1993 i weighed 230 pounds and lifted weights maybe 4 times in my
life. I was being offered tennis scholarships by some small schools and decided i thought it was time to hit the gym. I wanted
to gain muscle and lose fat like everyone else. After a month i was down to 195 and stayed there for a couple months. During this time
my confidence was shooting up like a mother rooster_eater. I love women boys, i mean the young ones. Nothing better than those fine 15 year old
freshman and sophmores. I was 21 and started seeing this 15 year old , a chick about 30 min away was 15 and another was 16.
I never banged any of them but i was getting close. Not sure why, but i was never a fan of jerking to some chick
i might be banging soon. I was mainly a talker on the phone, The phone was kind of like the internet now. You can be anyone
you want on the phone. I would talk to each one about an hour a day, go over ones house, meet one at the park, store, wal mart
etc.
Turns out all 3 all had a close friend and blabbed about me. Next thing you know they all start talking to eachother about me.
They got some plan to bust me on 3 way calling. I was expected to bang all 3 that weekend. Even led me to believe that that weekend was
THE weekend. I didn't even jerk it for 2 days to build up.
I call one on the phone and then i do what I normally would. I said I'd be back in a couple minutes, but never leave the phone so
i can hear anything in the background, or see if they mumble anything or talk about me.
Next thing you know, oh my ******* god. I heard one of the other women i was talking too. I'm like wtf, are lines crossed or something.
wtf is this..
I then get back on the phone and before i could say i think its not a good idea that we meet, etc. Both get on the phone
and bust me ******* ass. I then started to do my smooth talking and it almost worked. I said i never touched either one of you,
whats wrong with me talking to 2 women. I then said i was talking to another women and she really likes me, blah blah blah
Hell i can't even remember the whole conversation, but one said i wouldn't be getting any of this fine ass.
I then call up chick 3, and i do the same thing , i say brb, and oh my ******* god, all 3 chicks were on the phone and they busted
me again. Actually about 11 women were on the phone, because one had 3 way, then another had 3 way and so on. So 11
******* women busting me on 3 way calling. Man those were the days. I heard some rumor about some internet thing would be popular someday and would be around soon.
Hell i was still playing on my atari..
About 2 months later, i drank tequila for the 1st time ever and met up with the daughter of the guy my mom had an affair with for years. LMAO.
Little did i know that she knew about it too. She was 16 and hot as hell, nice big legs. She has a rep as a slut but she really wasn't. I think
she was with more women then men and this wasn't popular back then. She was a ho though, could be mean as hell,, fight, etc.
She had a jeep and she asked if i wanted to get in. It was at the local park. Everyone from age 15 to 24 or so hung at the park especially on the weekends.
She gave some tequila and I started drinking away. Next thing i know im ****** up and I'm ******* some chick from behind and didn't even know who it was.
I didn't think anyone was watching except for 2 of my friends that were right next to me. I then noticed they kept turning there heads. I was like what are
you looking at over there.
They then say there are about 100 people watching me bang some chick.
I then turn around and the whole damn crowd was watching. Im like ****, they all know i got a little pecker now. I then finally said,
hell lets put on a show and I was saying all kinds of wild stuff. While i was ******* her, i said this is for your dad banging my mom,and everyone
busted out laughing and i started to bang her ass hard.
I didn't use a condom , **** condoms. I was then telling everyone, should i leave it in, come in her face, and kept saying all kinds of shit.
I then said ,, what if i get her pregnant. i said if i got her pregnant would i have to get job.. I said **** that, took it out and let out the biggest
cumshot i ever had. I swear it went over ten feet.
The best part is right after the cumshot. I said " world record" in an exhausted low voice, and everyone was just stunned.
The cops were even watching me and everyone was cheering me on when i was ******* her, it was the best nite ever. Turns out the cops like young women too.
Ps: yes my fantasy team did lose to the guy i might be owing ten grand too. He easily won today because of ray rice and tom brady not doing well nor jennings

Part 4

Had a good and bad nite tonight. As some of you know i have a uncle with alzheimers and tonight he physically attacked my mom because
I believe he did not recognize her.. I had to run into the other room and grab his hands. 90 percent of the time he is okay. The other 10
percent he is not. Just a random thing that happens maybe 4 times a year and tonight was one of those nights. Some of the side
effects of the meds he takes is for the same reason he takes them, which is some anxiety type meds. Everyones asleep now
and okay for awhile now i guess.

I played six fantasy leagues this year and have made it to the finals of 3. Got beat in the first round of the playoffs in 2 and missed playoffs in one.
So i should have some money coming in. Turns out i played the guy with AP in 2 leagues with no replacements. Lucked out there, but he
would of needed 2 td to beat me anyway from Adrian Peterson.

Okay back to my story of my almost tennis scholarships, walking on to play tennis and being recruited to play football.
You saw early in my blog that i was once almost 400, 195, 280, etc.
I only lifted weights maybe 4 times in high school, alot knew i was the best player in school as far as defense and offensive
line goes. I was also a great tennis player and was getting offers from small schools . I went to a community college the first 2 years
and I decided to lift weights and build some muscle and lose some fat just like everyone else that does it. You saw from my blog
earlier that i went from 230 to 195 . I then started to lift weights. Warmup sets and one set to failure and then drop sets to failure.
Train each bodypart once a week. Also called Hit training popularized by mike mentzer and arthur jones and dorian yates. Everything about it
made complete sense to me. The 1st month i went from 195 to 225. 2nd mont 225 to 240 and 3rd month 240 to 280. Didn't lose any speed,
in fact i had more endurance and ever more confident then ever. Everyone though i was on roids except for the fact I didn't lose any fat.
I was incline bench pressing 400 pounds and squatting and deadlifting 500 for 10 reps with no cheating.
I then scrapped the idea of playing tennis and just play it recreationally. After hitting a few gyms and training with football players from other schools,
I was being swamped with offers to play football. I went to a couple camps and just dominated everyone. I was moving like a dear at 280 pounds.
During this time, i also went from 280 to 315 and was going to play tight end or linebacker at 315. Never even heard of before by a few people.
I had offers from kentucky, murray state, eastern and western kentucky, bowling green, toledo, northern alabama. I was even offered money to play for northern alabama. Most other offers were from division 2 or smaller schools.
I decided to walk on at kentucky. I went through all the camps but none of the official ones. I went home for 2 months after the spring practices.
On the way driving to lexington to officially be on the team. I drove 4 hours to lexington pulled up in the parking lot. Nervous, shaking, crying, .
My confidence just completely went away all of a sudden and I no longer wanted to play. I knew i would party, not do any school work and I was having all
kinds of trouble at home. This was when social workers were trying to take my sister away from us and my dad was drinking too much and my
mom was working 16 hours a day. I pulled out of the parking lot and drove home. Some might think of this as a joke, but some people on the staff at kentucky, called me the great white hope. Too this day, i wonder what everyone would of though of me starting at kentucky as a 315 pound
linebacker when i was bigger than most of the lineman. What could of been, what could of been.

After dad was discharged from the army we moved back to a little city in kentucky. As a baby i was told i cried, cried
and cried, and that i was cursed by the devil. I know this because anytime a baby was around,, people would always say
that i cried and believed i was cursed by the devil.

One of my earliest childhood memories was in kindergarten and we had to color a picture of abe lincoln. She
said we could color it anyway we wanted so i colored him black. After i handed it in, she twisted my ear and asked
why i colored him black. I said he doesn't look white too me, looks kind of dark complected. She then said there
will never be a black president. The only black kid in class laughed his ass off when i showed him the pic.
I then went to a catholic school and when i was in the first grade, some guys from the 8th grade tied me up in the bathroom and said
they were gonna hang me to death. yes a real hanging. Yes they really did try to kill me. Not sure why, i was six years old.
I was in the bathroom stall hanging and choking to death. I have no idea how but after a few seconds or minutes. I can't really remember
but i got myself done and out of it. I then remember the stunned looks on there faces as i walked back to class as i had to walk by
there class to get to mine. Too this day, anytime i see one of them, they give me this look and i give them one back. Doesn't happen to often
that i bump into one but the look i give them is kind of like, yep I'm a bad ass and you'll pay for what you did for the rest of your life.

I was a great athlete when i was young. I was the all star baseball player and was a good tennis player from the very first time I played. One of the
jealous kids in the 3rd grade then started a rumor that i was gay. Everyone liked him and he was very popular. I thought i was also, but up until
the 9th grade i was tagged as gay boy. My parents didn't even know and i never once talked to a girl during school. Hard to talk
to someone when they won't talk to you. I continued to kick ass in baseball , tennis , football and basketball. I was the best basketball player in school
and everyone knew it. I couldn't play though, because i was the gay boy. I forgot to mention i was beat up everyday even though
i was the tallest and the biggest. I didn't care. I could take it and nothing i can do and i would never let my parents know.
I remember one day i was very sick . In catholic school you went to church 2 days a week at 9 am till 10. One day after taking
communion , i went outside and threw up.
The nun sister, then grabbed my ear and twisted it around and said i was cursed by the devil. She then told me all catholics
are right and everyone else in the world was wrong. I knew right then and there that she was wrong and i would fake being catholic perhaps
for the rest of my life. I even knew the pastor or Father was gay. But who am i to say, im suppovely the gay boy..

being hit over and over , i started to develop some speech trouble and i still have today,. I sometimes get tongue tied

while i was in the backseat burning up. I then missed the van that would take me to the game. I ended up missing the last game as
I know believe i had a heat stroke and my mom didn't even take me to the doctor in fear i would say something to dad.
I lived next to a bar as a child . The bar closed down when i was 16 because it was close to town and the cops wanted the area to be
clean and would pull over too many people. My millionaire grandpa that wouldnt give a dime to anyone also closed down because his
grandkids were getting close to an age where they could start drinking and he would return to full time farming.

One day i was driving down the road with my dad and i accidently waived at the guy my mom was having an affair with. My dad also
waived, they knew eachother from school and also went to the same bar. My dad bartended there on weekends after his regular job
during the week. I would be there almost eveyday playing pool and pacman.
After i waived, my dad turned to me and said how do i know him. He said you saw him with your mother , he kept saying it over and over and screaming until i started to cry and say yes.

When we got home , my parents got into an argument. My mom didn't deny it and she said that he went out with bar women after the bar closed also and he didn't say much after that. Even though they were still married, it was pretty much all over at that point until they finally divorced in 94.
That nite, my mom stabbed my dad and it was one of the most horrific things ive ever seen. He didn't even go to the hospital even though i seen it
go in about 2 or 3 inches. Im still stunned over it till this day.
A week doesn't go by i don't think about it.
When i was in the 4th grade, me and my cousin was having an argument about a beer can. A crushed beer can was across the road. I said it was a pabst blue ribbon, he said it was something else.
I then crossed the road to see what it was and bam. A car going about 30 mph hits me and i fly up in the air according to witnesses and even broke
the windshield. I then got up and ran. People thought i was dead. I was crying, because my mom and died got out of the house and started screaming at me because i broke a windshield and didnt see the car.
They didn't care about me, just that persons car and if they owed any money for it. I guess i didnt' receive any damage from it even though as i somehow
convinced most people that it didn't even hit me and it only hit my hand and i fell down. No idea how i did that.
people said i hit the car hard and ground hard. I still say to this day,, that car pulled out at the restaurant about 100 feet away and didn't see me. No idea how she could of hit me . She was an old lady on top of that. At least 60 back then seemed old.
My teacher at school then forced me to get in front of the class and talk about my experience of getting hit by the car.

I have a sister that was born blind and 5 years younger then me. She is also mentally handicapped but not as bad as someone
that looks mentally challenged. Most blinds are cross eyed or you can tell by looking. You can't tell at first glance that she is blind. She knows basic stuff
and loves to sing and listen to music.
Is it any wonder why my dad got drunk everyday and i never once remember him being sober? He was sober the first hour he was awake i guess but then i wanted him drunk. I liked him better drunk.
When i was in the 6th grade he shot at me with a bow and missed me by a half inch maybe. How can someone do that?? The arrow went right into the wall.
I don't even think he remembered it. It was never mentioned and i never told anyone until now.
I finally graduated from catholic school and now going to high school. Not sure how or what happened, but i was no longer gay boy and everyone in the catholic school was cool to me, even the babes.
I still never even kissed a girl yet.. In fact to this day, i haven't kissed or had sex with a women since 1993. Why?? I don't know. I get
too choked up. Im broke, no money, live with mom. I also think nobody wanted to date anyone that has to take care of a blind sister

My senior year in high school was pretty cool. That summer i decided to play football for the 1st time since the 6th grade. I don't believe
many where happy to see my there as 4 guys knew i would be taking there spot after they busted there but for years to get where they are at.
I played o and d line at 230 pounds and 6;2. Big for high school. I never touched a weight and hardly ran at all. I went through camp like a breeze and
everyone expected me to be the starting left guard and inside linebacker or d end.
Before the first game, the coach comes up to me and tells me he is not going to play me. I was pissed and i knew i was being blackballed.
He even said it about 15 feet from the team and i could see some of the players putting there head down. I know they went to the coach
and said something. They lifted and sweated there ass off for years and then i just come in and take there job. He said would play
if we were up or down alot. We were a great team and were never up or down alot so i didn't even play a single snap. Best o and d lineman in the school
and didnt even play. Other people at school were like, wow he must suck, he doesn't even play. Only if they knew.
The coach starting a 5 7 150 pound guard and defensive tackle was an absolute ******* joke. Actually he as a bad ass hitter and for
high school not too small and he could run a 4.7 40. I ran a 4.9 and a mile in 6 min. Not bad for my 1st time ever running a distance.
One guy got injured and we lost one game. No big deal. It was actually against the 1 ranked team in the country that came up from florida.
we lost 23-22 and the next game the coach said he was finally gonna start me both ways.
At the practices we had scouts come check some of our players out and they were actually there to see others but they ended up
on me most of the time. I could go through the entire practice and not even look like i was working. I had offers from over 30 schools but I'll talk
about that later.
2 days before our big district game I missed practice. I had no choice. My dad tried to kill my mom and run her off the road. That nite
he also tried to kill or at least hurt me. He put both his hands around my neck and started choking and shaking me. My mom finally broke it up.
How both could still be in the same house together after he tried to run her off the road is beyond me. Like i said i have a sister that is blind and handicap
and as long as she was there in the house, i knew no killing would go on. My dad got real abusive towards my mom after he lost his job my junior
year in highschool and he would wake up and drink around 10 am and be knocked out most nites by 7. He would scream when he was sleeping and started to have vietnam flashbacks i believe.
The next day after school, i had to stay home to be with my sister because my mom had to work and my dad was out drunk in some bar. So i had to miss practice. My sister was normally in school from mon-friday and home on the weekends but not that day as they let out early for something.
We had a rule on the team, that if anyone misses practice he had to run a certain ammount before they could even play. I missed 3 total practices
in 2 months and didn't do any running to make it up. After he checked, he told me i had to run 5 miles to be able to play.
I then said, coach, the game is tommorrow and you want me to run 5 miles? I said do you want to win or lose. If you make me run
this 5 miles i will be too tired and exhausted to be able to play. I'm an lineman, not a wr or rb. I need to rest and build up
mental and physical energy. He said run it or your off the team.
I left and quit the team.
Of course nobody knew the real reasons except for me and for the next 2 months my senior year i was an outcast to the whole school
pretty much expect for a few geeks, People though i quit on the team and wanted nothing to do with me.
Our team did win the district but the way our system is setup we played the 1 ranked team in the state in round 1 and lost.
I remember as our team was leaving on a charter bus. I looked at some of the coaches and a couple players and gave them
the choke symbol.
It wasn't until december 31st that i would be back to being cool again with the team and the rest of the school. Wee had a big party and of
course since my dad is a drunk and has about 3 months of beer on hand. I brought tons of beer to the party and just like that, im back
in. The season was over and it was time to be friends again. That nite was the first nite i ever drank and will never forget being the cool kid again.
That nite was also a horrific nite as 6 friends in 2 cars in opposite ends of the county both wrecked. 3 guys and 3 girls in both cars.
All six girls died and all the guys did not have a scratch on them. The cars not even totalled.
Both guys driving were drinking, but you know how it is, they weren't really ****** up, just legally drunk and underage.
They just went around a curve and hit mail boxes and an hill. The other ran off the road and hit an embankment. None of the guys understood
how the survived and the girls didn't, since nobody had a scratch on them . I believe it was a quick jerking action of there heads moving or hitting the seat
that killed them , if thats what happened. None of the guys even knew as they were just fine. I saw them all minutes after it happened and
nobody even knew they were dead. Just figured they were knocked out and would come though, but didn't.
Nobody reallly talked about it again for the rest of my senior year. We continued to party but always made sure no drinking and driving, i think.

Part 4

Had a good and bad nite tonight. As some of you know i have a uncle with alzheimers and tonight he physically attacked my mom because
I believe he did not recognize her.. I had to run into the other room and grab his hands. 90 percent of the time he is okay. The other 10
percent he is not. Just a random thing that happens maybe 4 times a year and tonight was one of those nights. Some of the side
effects of the meds he takes is for the same reason he takes them, which is some anxiety type meds. Everyones asleep now
and okay for awhile now i guess.

I played six fantasy leagues this year and have made it to the finals of 3. Got beat in the first round of the playoffs in 2 and missed playoffs in one.
So i should have some money coming in. Turns out i played the guy with AP in 2 leagues with no replacements. Lucked out there, but he
would of needed 2 td to beat me anyway from Adrian Peterson.

Okay back to my story of my almost tennis scholarships, walking on to play tennis and being recruited to play football.
You saw early in my blog that i was once almost 400, 195, 280, etc.
I only lifted weights maybe 4 times in high school, alot knew i was the best player in school as far as defense and offensive
line goes. I was also a great tennis player and was getting offers from small schools . I went to a community college the first 2 years
and I decided to lift weights and build some muscle and lose some fat just like everyone else that does it. You saw from my blog
earlier that i went from 230 to 195 . I then started to lift weights. Warmup sets and one set to failure and then drop sets to failure.
Train each bodypart once a week. Also called Hit training popularized by mike mentzer and arthur jones and dorian yates. Everything about it
made complete sense to me. The 1st month i went from 195 to 225. 2nd mont 225 to 240 and 3rd month 240 to 280. Didn't lose any speed,
in fact i had more endurance and ever more confident then ever. Everyone though i was on roids except for the fact I didn't lose any fat.
I was incline bench pressing 400 pounds and squatting and deadlifting 500 for 10 reps with no cheating.
I then scrapped the idea of playing tennis and just play it recreationally. After hitting a few gyms and training with football players from other schools,
I was being swamped with offers to play football. I went to a couple camps and just dominated everyone. I was moving like a dear at 280 pounds.
During this time, i also went from 280 to 315 and was going to play tight end or linebacker at 315. Never even heard of before by a few people.
I had offers from kentucky, murray state, eastern and western kentucky, bowling green, toledo, northern alabama. I was even offered money to play for northern alabama. Most other offers were from division 2 or smaller schools.
I decided to walk on at kentucky. I went through all the camps but none of the official ones. I went home for 2 months after the spring practices.
On the way driving to lexington to officially be on the team. I drove 4 hours to lexington pulled up in the parking lot. Nervous, shaking, crying, .
My confidence just completely went away all of a sudden and I no longer wanted to play. I knew i would party, not do any school work and I was having all
kinds of trouble at home. This was when social workers were trying to take my sister away from us and my dad was drinking too much and my
mom was working 16 hours a day. I pulled out of the parking lot and drove home. Some might think of this as a joke, but some people on the staff at kentucky, called me the great white hope. Too this day, i wonder what everyone would of though of me starting at kentucky as a 315 pound
linebacker when i was bigger than most of the lineman. What could of been, what could of been.

How in the **** does someone drown in the bathtub, hell i hardly even fit in if i a lie down in it.
I dozed off somehow and have no idea how i did that since i have insomnia and up at almost 4 am.
I was soaking in epsom salt and hot water , first time ive done this in years.
Next thing i know Im waking up under water , no idea if im drowning or wtf is going on. I wonder if i even knew i was under water.
My feet and legs were up in the air and against the wall so i was slid down . I was trying to get up and i couldn't
WTF. I was slipping and sliding and i eventually got up somehow and i started breathing hard as if i almost drowned. I assume
i almost did.
I could see that autopsy report saying fat **** drowned in tub or had heart attack
Did i wake up under water? Did drowning make me wake up? Maybe someone can help me out on that answer. Im
stunned. Could you imagine someone finding me naked and dead in the bathtub? It was not a fun experience, everything
about it sucked ass.

Deer dieary- 2day I eat outside at pool. People throw fishies in air and I eat them. Peeple clap and I get happy. I cee a lot of young bois outside eat icee cream. Me want too eat the creem of bois with icee cream. Lots of fun but i am more asleepy than horney so I roll over in tank and nap.
