Thanks, obviously I didn't realize that my poker balance didn't have 6 point in it to play in the 11 pm poker last night.

Why would a broke dikk non-pro take up a space in a poker tournament anyway? The points are useless for non-pros so why keep a Pro from playing?

Yes, they're completely useless to anyone who hasn't been a pro before. You can't go pro with 3000 for the first time, you can only renew with points once you've been a pro before. You have to pony up some type of money first, no freebies.

You can't go Pro with points. You can renew with points if you've already been a Pro but you have a limited amount of time to renew with points. If you were a Pro previously and you couldn't set back 3,000 points in a whole year for the renewal, what makes you think you can earn them now?

EASY TUTORIAL

1) pay $100 to charity, become a pro.

2) you get 12pts per day login-in. 365 days x12 = 4380 pts in a year.

3) $100 gift card = 3200 pts.

4) you still have 1200 pts left over, plus any pts earned from trivia (twice a week).
plus pts earned from free weekday poker tourneys, plus pts earned in contests, including BTP.

I went PRO with points that I earned through poker and contests.

That was in August and I have bought $200 in gift cards and have 1,800 pts in the sportsbook. That is probably average for most. There are plenty of others who generate far more points and benefit from these betpoints.

These benefits; however, are dependent on the individual. You have to be able to win at poker, contests or wagers.

Logging in with no spending will get you another renewal and present opportunities to play free poker or join contests but you have to win.

I am not trying to be a dick, but maybe you shouldn't consider going PRO. Your point history suggests you won't benefit. You can't seem to generate or maintain many points.

I don't understand the analogy. However, I've cashed out around $3000-4000 in the past 18 months from SBR, so if you're trying to say it isn't worth it then it really just depends on how good you are at poker and betting.

Go to the "live help" and see what they can do. I was a PRO in the past and let it expire for a long time. Just see if you can work something out.

As far as points, it's tough sledding when your not a pro.

I see you have 180 now. You shouldn't get below 100-120 and have at least 360 by the end of January.

Thank you buddy, "win more often" at what? I never even had but about 200 points and I just went wild in the casino & got it up to near 1000 until i finally gashed out all my points. I wouldn't do that dumb sheit if I had spent $100 on here to become pro. I was only trying to get up to 3000 so I could go pro.

And I have 3 badges in poker already. That is where my points came from to begin with. But a non-pro has to play through the points to even get them posted, so when I play through them on the non pro poker, it takes away my badges. Or are they still down there?

EDIT, yep my three poker badges are gone because I played through the points in order to have them posted.

But hey man, Thank you, and I'm fine. All I'm doing is trying to have fun on here. These people crack me up!

First - Stay out of the casinos. Always.

Second - You will get your points mainly through poker and Trivia.

The problem with poker is finding non-pros to rollover your points.

With trivia, be conservative. Cash out after the second question and take the 60 pt freeplay.

Contests like BTP are phenomenal but you missed that boat. Still, most contests are only 6-12 pts.

Your poker badges are gone. Most badges will only stay visible for 30 days, Pro or Non Pro.

Essentially you grind it out.

My advice, improve your poker game and stay out of the casinos.

Keep your poker game tight. There are some good players here.

Here is 12 more points but you have to join the NFL 15k Playoff Contest.

It started today so the timing is perfect. If you don't join, and I will check, you will never see another point from me again.

you cannot go pro your first time with 3000 pts. you can only renew with points.
your badges are not taken away when you play thru the points. the smaller badges stay for about a month and the bigger ones longer.

And certainly, If I had spent $100 to go pro then I would play trivia and be more conservative with my points,

Does anyone even play the non pro tables? My pro expires Wed and no way in hell will I have 3k before then lol. It's gonna take me a month or so to get 3k as a non pro but as long as someone(anyone???) plays at the non pro table I should get there.
