1. Why is there no tennis point wagering? at least in heavily followed tourneys like Aussie open

2. Why isn't there golf point wagering? some big head to heads and odds to win tourneys would be cool.

3. Lastly will there be Olympic wagering? would be nice to only risk points on some olympic wagers opposed to using real cash.
