I love both young pitchers, they may become household names in a couple of years. Santiago would have a great record this year with just a hint of run support, but because he has pitched well with a crappy offense, the Under is 13-7-1 in all of his starts. Salazar has not had a really bad start yet for Cleveland, and particularly impressive is his ratio of 45 strikeouts vs. 11 walks. Under 8 +100 at Heritage.
