Which Offshore/Brick and Mortar Shop Releases Week 1 Props First?

In my heyday, Bovada or Cris were usually first to market. Is this still the case? Or does Pinny or some other brick and mortar sportsbook release player props earlier?

Odds are I'll keep chugging bandwidth on all of their poor servers, but was just wondering where I should direct my efforts.
