    • Last fight: unanimous-decision (UD) win over Rafael Fiziev at UFC 313 (March 2025)
  • Pimblett is a perfect 7-0 since making the leap to the UFC in 2021 and is the No. 5 contender in the division

  • Deeper dive: Gaethje vs. Pimblett odds & predictions

😮 The end of Justin Gaethje?

Rumors are swirling that if Gaethje falls to Pimblett, he could retire. It will be a third crack at the lightweight title, and he's held the interim lightweight strap once before.

His coach, Trevor Wittman, was hinted around at the idea that he could lay down the gloves if he loses on Saturday. Is that in the cards? Our Gaethje vs. Pimblett odds look at whether that's a realistic outcome.

Sean O'Malley (18-3) vs. Song Yadong (22-8-1)

  • O'Malley is a former bantamweight champ and is now the No. 3 contender in the division after dropping two straight title fights
    • Last fight: Submission loss to Merab Dvalishvili at UFC 316 (June 2025)
  • Song has just one fight in each of the last two years and is the No. 5 contender in the division
    • Last fight: UD win over Henry Cejudo in the main event of a Fight Night card (Feb. 2025)

  • Our Cody Saftic offers his best bet for the fight in his Sean O’Malley vs. Song Yadong prediction

Waldo Cortes-Acosta (16-2) vs. Derrick Lewis (29-12)

  • No. 5 heavyweight Cortes-Acosta enters off back-to-back first round KO/TKO finishes, most recently taking down current No. 11 Shamil Gaziev in just 1:22 at a Fight Night in November.
  • No. 8 heavyweight Lewis also enters off back-to-back KO/TKO finishes, most recently dropping current No. 15 Tallison Teixeira in just 35 seconds in the main event of a Fight Night (July 2025)
  • Want to know whose knockout power to trust? Our Cortes-Acosta vs. Lewis analysis breaks the fight down further

Natalia Silva (19-5-1) vs. Rose Namajunas (15-7)

  • Silva has rattled off seven straight wins since joining UFC (2022), rising to No. 2 in the women's flyweight division
    • Last fight: UD win over Alexa Grasso at UFC 315 (May 2025)
  • "Thug" Rose is a two-time strawweight champ but is just 3-2 since moving to flyweight, ranking No. 6 in the division
    • Last fight: UD win over Miranda Maverick at a FIght Night in June 2025
  • Silva might be a replacement fighter, but she's the rightful favorite. My Silva vs. Namajunas fight info will tell you why.

🩼 Canceled and rescheduled bouts

  • The co-main was supposed to feature Kayla Harrison vs. Amanda Nunes for the bantamweight championship; Harrison had to withdraw due to injury
  • Alexa Grasso and Rose Namajunas were expected to fight, but Grasso pulled out and was replaced by Natalia Silva
  • Due to a medical issue with Cameron Smotherman, his fight with Ricky Turcios has been called off

Arnold Allen (20-3) vs. Jean Silva (16-3)

  • No. 6 featherweight Allen snapped a two-bout skid with a win last time out, picking up a UD win over Giga Chikadze in July 2024
    • Allen did not fight last year as he rehabbed from a shoulder injury and had announced a move to lightweight, although this fight is indeed at featherweight
  • No. 10 Silva suffered his first UFC loss last time out, suffering a second-round KO/TKO loss to Diego Lopes at Noche UFC (Sept. 2025)

πŸ“Ί Is UFC 324 on PPV?

For the first time in over four years, you don't need to have pay-per-view to see a numbered UFC card.

Paramount+ will have all the action, from the early prelims at 5 p.m. ET all the way through 9 p.m. ET. No pay-per-view needed.

🎀 What the pros are saying

The pros have spoken out on our main event, with some big names as split as fans will be.

Frequent Gaethje opponent Dustin Poirier has backed the veteran fighter to pick up the strap on Saturday, and he's joined by other UFC fighters such as Dan Hooker and Khalil Rountree. It's a big lean into Gaethje's experience paying off.

However, Pimblett isn't without his supporters. Ilia Topuria, the current lightweight title holder who isn't fighting for the first half of the year, and Sean O'Malley (who is also fighting on this card) have both backed "the Baddy" to get the job done.

Michael Johnson (25-19) vs. Alexander Hernandez (18-8)

  • Johnson enters off three straight wins, most recently topping Daniel Zellhuber via UD at UFC 318 (July 2025)
  • Hernandez comes in on a four-bout win streak, beating Diego Ferreira via KO/TKO at Noche UFC (Sept. 2025) last time out

Josh Hokit (7-0) vs. Denzel Freeman (7-1)

  • Former Bellator and LFA fighter, Hokit dispatched Max Gimenis via KO/TKO in just 56 seconds in his UFC debut (Nov. 2025)
  • Freeman made the leap from LFA last time out, picking up a UD win over Marek Buijo on a Fight Night card in November

Adam Fugitt (10-5) vs. Ty Miller (6-0)

  • Fugitt is just 2-3 across his five career UFC bouts, suffering a first-round KO/TKO defeat to Islam Dulatov (July 2025) last time he took the walk
  • It's a UFC debut for Miller, weight recent stops at LFA and DWCS (most recently scoring a UD victory over Jimmy Drago at DWCS in Aug. 2025
