Betting impact: It's projected to be a nice sunny day in Dublin for the first-ever NFL matchup in Ireland. Vikings-Steelers has one of the lowest Over/Under totals of the week at 41.5, per the latest NFL odds, after Minnesota's defense smashed the Bengals last week.

Betting impact: Josh Allen and Co. will have ideal weather to boat race the overmatched Saints in Buffalo this weekend. The Bills are the biggest favorite of the week at 16.5 points.

• Location: Gillette Stadium (Foxborough, Mass.)
• Forecast: 75°F, cloudy with a low chance of rain
• Wind: 6 MPH SSW

Betting impact: We're expecting cloudy conditions but no rain in Foxborough. The majority of bettors are placing wagers on the total going Under 43 points. Carolina just pitched a shutout, and while New England has looked much better offensively this season (11th in yards per game), the Pats have already turned the ball over six times.

• Forecast: 76°F, cloudy with a high chance of light showers

Betting impact: We're projecting light showers for Jaxson Dart's first-career start at MetLife Stadium this weekend. Keep an eye on both teams' running game, as each suffered an injury to their RB room last week (Najee Harris and Tyrone Tracy). Expect a lot of touches for rookie rushers Omarion Hampton and Cam Skattebo.

Betting impact: It's shaping up to be a hot day in Florida in this battle between NFC contenders. Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts is 1-4 in his career against Tampa Bay, including playoffs. The reigning Super Bowl MVP is 54-19 against every other team.

Betting impact: It looks to be a comfortable Sunday for this interconference matchup. The total of 47 feels too high, as both teams rank top 10 in total defense, though San Francisco just lost former Defensive Player of the Year Nick Bosa to a season-ending injury.

Betting impact: We're likely getting ideal weather for Patrick Mahomes vs. Lamar Jackson, a matchup of quarterbacks with a combined four MVP awards. This game has one of the highest Over/Under totals of the week at 48.5 points.

Betting impact: The Week 4 Monday Night Football doubleheader opens with a clear but humid (81% humidity) matchup in Miami. These AFC East rivals are both still looking for their first win of the campaign after 0-3 starts.
