Two rivals at opposite ends of the AFC South standings close out their season series, and I’m firing off a trio of Titans vs. Colts player prop bets for Sunday’s late-afternoon battle from Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis (4:25 p.m. ET, CBS).

I’m isolating Indianapolis running back Jonathan Taylor with two of my NFL picks for this matchup, which sees the Colts as a massive 14.5-point betting favorite. My other prop bet - which is part of our huge batch of NFL predictions for Week 8 - targets Indy quarterback Daniel Jones.

💰 Best Titans vs. Colts player props

⬇️ Daniel Jones Under 239.5 passing yards (-111) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The temptation on this Titans vs. Colts player prop is to bet the Over, seeing that Daniel Jones has the fifth-most passing yards in the NFL. I’m going the other way, because I expect this game to play out just like the Titans-Colts clash in Week 3. In that one, Indy rolled to a 41-20 win in Tennessee, and Jones finished with 228 yards on 25 attempts.

Jones subsequently had 212 passing yards in back-to-back home games against the Raiders and Cardinals. Also, the Rams’ Matthew Stafford (298 yards) is the only QB to clear 233 passing yards versus the Titans. DraftKings has the highest passing yards projection for Jones, and the -111 odds imply a 52.61% win probability. Bet $10 to win $9.01.

⬆️ Jonathan Taylor Over 100.5 rushing yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐

Don’t bother overthinking this Titans vs. Colts player prop. Jonathan Taylor leads the NFL in rushing (105 more yards than anyone else) and has three 100-yard games (including 102 on just 17 carries at Tennessee in Week 3).

Only three teams (Miami, Buffalo, and Dallas) have given up more rushing yards than the Titans. In fact, four opposing running backs had their season highs against Tennessee, and Taylor wasn’t even one of them. Make this bet at FanDuel, where the -114 price implies a win probability of 53.27%. Risk $10 to pocket $8.77.

6️⃣ Best touchdown scorer prediction for Titans vs. Colts

🔥 Jonathan Taylor to score 2+ touchdowns (+150) ⭐⭐⭐

Jonathan Taylor doesn’t just lead the NFL in rushing yards; he’s also scored a league-high 11 touchdowns (10 rushing). That includes three rushing scores against the Chargers last week, three against the Raiders in Week 5, and three against the Titans in Week 3.

Tennessee’s 23 touchdowns allowed are more than every team but the Bengals (27) and Cowboys (24). And the 12 rushing TDs the Titans have yielded lead the league. Head to bet365 to wager on Taylor to score multiple TDs for the fourth time this year (and 17th time in his career). The implied win probability on this Titans vs. Colts player prop is 40%. Payout on a $10 wager: $15.
