For the last six years, the Kansas City Chiefs have reigned supreme with three Super Bowl victories and four AFC championships. And they lead our Super Bowl predictions ahead of the 2024 NFL season.

Our best sports betting sites have the Chiefs as the title favorites entering training camp after they beat the San Francisco 49ers in February to repeat as Super Bowl champions. The latest Super Bowl odds predict those two will meet again next year in New Orleans for the third time in six seasons.

They aren't the only teams with a chance to hoist the Lombardi Trophy, though. Here's a look at our best Super Bowl predictions and expert picks for Super Bowl 59:

It shouldn't surprise anyone to see the Chiefs and 49ers headline the latest odds to win the Super Bowl after those two met in February for the second time in five years.

The Baltimore Ravens and Detroit Lions - last year's conference finalists - slot into the next spots in the preseason odds, and both have the roster talent to make another deep run. So do the Cincinnati Bengals, the only other AFC team to reach the Super Bowl since Patrick Mahomes' first title season in 2019-20.

Best bet: Chiefs (+600)

I've seen this show enough times to know how the finale ends. The Chiefs played possum for four months before flipping the switch in the postseason, and this year's group should be even better with a rebuilt receiver room and nearly all the same key pieces on the field and along the sidelines to make a run at history.

Ask yourself this: does Kansas City have better than a 15% chance of another Super Bowl victory after winning each of the last two years? If so, this is an easy bet to make.

Expert Super Bowl picks

Prediction: Bengals to win the Super Bowl

Since Mahomes became a starter in 2018, only two quarterbacks have beaten him in the postseason: Tom Brady and Joe Burrow.

Brady will be watching from the broadcast booth in 2024, but Burrow should finally be healthy after his season was cut short last year amid a frustrating campaign for the Bengals. He'll be flanked by an improved defense and offensive line to complement an already star-studded skill position group that excelled under backup QB Jake Browning.

There's some risk here after last season's flop, but that's baked into Cincinnati's Super Bowl odds, which are more than double that of Kansas City. This is a bet worth making regardless, but it's especially compelling if you're looking to hedge a title bet on the Chiefs.

Prediction: Falcons to win the NFC

My love for the Atlanta Falcons has been well documented dating back to mid-February, when I bet them as long shots at 50/1 odds to win it all.

Those odds are long gone, though I'm still intrigued by their conference title odds in a wide-open NFC. The 49ers remain the team to beat, but Atlanta boasts as much offensive upside as anyone else with a sneaky talented defense that could surprise under new head coach Raheem Morris.

Prediction: Dak Prescott to win NFL MVP

Have we already forgotten how close Prescott came to winning this award last year, when he was the MVP favorite entering the final four weeks of the season?

Prescott is currently among the favorites to lead the league in passing yards and touchdowns, but he's a relative long shot to win MVP despite the Dallas Cowboys boasting perhaps the best roster in the NFC this side of the Bay Area.

I like the Cowboys' Super Bowl odds, which are as high as +1900 at DraftKings, but I like this bet even more via ESPN BET.
