Sam Darnold has been known to see ghosts, and many have wondered when he might turn back into a pumpkin, as we've seen it all before. My Sam Darnold player prop picks for the NFC Championship Game expect him to see some ghosts tonight, and he could well be on his way to being a pumpkin again.

Let's start with a positive. The Seahawks will need to pass to keep up with the Rams' offense, and the Rams are more susceptible to the pass than they are to the run. Over the final eight weeks of the season, Darnold eclipsed this line on five occasions, including twice against the Rams. Even if Seattle goes a little run-heavy (which might be marginally less likely without Zach Charbonnet), this line is in play, and it's nice that it takes the yardage out of the question.

Sam Darnold to throw 2+ interceptions ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Darnold has a career littered with interceptions, and despite the Seahawks' season, this year was no different. The signal-caller put up 14 picks in the regular season, ranking third-worst in the league, and six of those came in two games against the Rams. Los Angeles recorded one pick in the wild-card round and put up three last week. The Rams were the undoing of Darnold last playoffs, too, when he was with the Vikings - recording one pick in the process. The odds on one pick (-150ish) are nice, but let's swing for the fences.
Darnold is probably good to record a touchdown or two in the process as well, and our Rams vs. Seahawks prediction highlights one that comes with a nice price tag.
Sam Darnold Over 4.5 rushing yards ⭐⭐⭐
This line is simply too low for a quarterback that's probably going to have to be on the move as he tries to escape the pressure offered by the Rams' defense. Darnold isn't a huge threat to break off a long one (although he did have single runs of over 10 yards twice this year), but a couple of scrambles will get the job done here. In his two games against L.A., he notched seven and 11 rushing yards, and I don't see why tonight should present a different situation at all.
