John Harbaugh of the New York Giants is the early favorite in the NFL Coach of the Year odds, with the also newly hired Jesse Minter of the Baltimore Ravens close behind.

Harbaugh is getting +500 betting odds with Minter at +750, and the Buffalo Bills' Joe Brady is lurking as well at +950. The elder Harbaugh brother will be looking to quickly turn around a struggling Giants team that's won just seven games over the past two seasons.
