Chiefs vs. Titans Player Props: Best Bets & TD Picks for NFL Week 16
Last Updated: December 21, 2025 4:45 AM EST • 3 minute read X Social Google News Link
My best Chiefs vs. Titans player props focus on Travis Kelce, Cam Ward, and Kareem Hunt. With Gardner Minshew starting for the injured Patrick Mahomes, the Chiefs just a 3-point betting favorite. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. ET (CBS) at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tenn.
With the Chiefs missing key offensive players like Mahomes and Rashee Rice, I highlight who should be able to pick up the offensive slack. And I discuss one possible advantage Ward has against a solid defense. For more coverage of this game, check out our NFL Week 16 predictions.

Travis Kelce Over 5.5 receptions (+150) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Kelce leads the Chiefs with 67 receptions, 92 targets, and 797 yards. When Gardner Minshew entered last week’s game for the injured Patrick Mahomes, three of his five passes were thrown to Kelce, with two of them completed.
With Rice out, Kelce will serve as a safety net for Minshew against a defense that is allowing 5.5 receptions to tight ends per game.
All of the best sports betting sites have this set at 4.5, but the Over is very expensive at each. BetMGM’s price of +150 for the extra catch is the way to go.

Cam Ward Over 18.5 completions (-120) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Ward is only completing 59.3% of his passes this season, but he’s completed at least 19 in nine games. He’s attempted at least 28 passes in all but two games, and he’s about to face a defense allowing the sixth-highest completion percentage (67.6%).
An additional reason this is one of my favorite Chiefs vs. Titans player props is that Ward has attempted at least 37 passes in three of his last five games.
Kareem Hunt to score a touchdown (+180) ⭐⭐⭐
Hunt only had six carries last week, as Isiah Pacheco recorded more rush attempts than him for the first time since Week 8. But neither back was productive in that bad matchup, and I anticipate Hunt rebounding here.
Hunt leads the Chiefs with eight rushing touchdowns, and he’s scored in five of his last seven games. The Titans have allowed 19 rushing touchdowns, tied for the second-most in the league.
DraftKings’ price of +180 is a market best and would net you $18 on a winning wager.
