This is close to ideal late-season football weather in Kansas City, especially to wrap up the Christmas Day slate.
The latest forecast at Arrowhead Stadium projects temperatures in the low 60s at kickoff, dropping into the high 40s by the fourth quarter, with no rain or snow expected. The biggest potential issue is a mild breeze toward the southwest end of the stadium, but even that isn’t expected to exceed 15 mph.
So what does that mean for the outcome? Here’s how I’d factor the weather into betting on Broncos vs. Chiefs.

- The passing game should be unaffected. The temperature is extremely manageable for both teams, as it’s warm enough to keep the ball lively and avoid stiffness for quarterbacks and receivers.
