My best Bills vs. Panthers player prop bets focus on Rico Dowdle, Keon Coleman, and Josh Allen ahead of Sunday’s 1 p.m. ET (FOX) game at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C. The Bills are favored by 7 points.
The Panthers will be without quarterback Bryce Young, but the offense should still move the ball, as Dowdle exploiting one of the worst rush defenses is one of my favorite NFL picks for Sunday. Dowdle has rushed for at least 79 yards in three consecutive games. He was much more productive than Chuba Hubbard last week, rushing 17 times for 79 yards compared to Hubbard's 31 yards on 14 carries.
The Bills rank 31st in rush defense (156.3 yards per game) and 32nd in yards allowed per carry (5.8 per attempt). This would be a five-star play if Dowdle weren’t in a split backfield. BetMGM’s price implies a 53.49% chance that Dowdle hits this Over. A $10 bet would profit $8.70.
⬇️ Keon Coleman Under 42.5 receiving yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Coleman has topped 30 yards just once in his last five games, catching three passes for 45 yards against the Saints in Week 4. Even with the Bills’ leading receiver, Dalton Kincaid, out last week, Coleman caught just three passes for 11 yards, so if Kincaid misses this week, I still expect Coleman to struggle.
The Panthers are allowing 213.0 receiving yards per game, which ranks 10th-best in the NFL. DraftKings’ price of -114 implies a 53.27% chance this Under hits. A $10 bet would profit $8.77.

🔥 Josh Allen to score a touchdown (+105) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Allen has only scored once since Week 1, but he’s rushed at least six times in five of his six games. The Panthers have only allowed five rushing touchdowns this season, so James Cook III, who leads the Bills with five rushing touchdowns, may struggle, leading to more opportunities for Allen to make plays with his legs near the end zone.
And while a receiver catching a touchdown may seem safe, Allen’s 11 passing touchdowns have been dispersed among seven players. FanDuel’s price of +105 implies a 48.78% chance that Allen scores. A $10 bet would profit $10.50.
