My Bills vs. Browns player props are attempting to gauge a game that could be at the mercy of frigid and gusty weather, all while locking on Josh Allen, James Cook, and Dawson Knox as part of our NFL Week 16 predictions.
The Bills are the heavy favorites at -10.5 ahead of a 1 p.m. ET kickoff from Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland (CBS). However, they'll be contending with a tough Browns defense and the elements.

💰 Bills vs. Browns best bet

Josh Allen Under 210.5 passing yards (-111) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Passing against the Browns and their top-ranked secondary (169 yards allowed per game) is difficult in pristine playing conditions, and the weather today by the lake in Cleveland will be frosty and windy.
Our NFL weather report for Week 16 details a forecast calling for 28 degrees with wind gusts up to 28 mph. Combine that with a quarterback in Josh Allen who has gone below 200 passing yards in two of his last three games, and he may not be needed as a passer much anyway with Buffalo as a -10.5 favorite, and the play is clear here.

James Cook Over 85.5 rushing yards (-115) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Some of the same weather and game-script-related thinking applies with James Cook. Swirling winds will result in the Bills taking what's become a common approach for them, which is leaning heavily on Cook, the NFL's second-best rusher at 1,415 yards.
Cook has been given 20-plus carries in two of his last three games, including 32 against the Pittsburgh Steelers during a 26-7 blowout, and today's contest could play out similarly. A power runner who's posted eight 100-plus-yard outings this season and is averaging 5.2 yards per carry will thrive with that kind of volume again.
Dawson Knox anytime touchdown scorer (+380) ⭐⭐⭐
Dalton Kincaid, who's been struggling through a knee issue for a while, isn't listed on the Bills' injury report this week. However, it's still concerning that he missed two practices to begin the week due to the same knee problem.
Meanwhile, fellow Bills tight end Dawson Knox caught two touchdown passes last week, which came after a season-high 93 receiving yards the week before. He's up to a 60.9% snap share, which is notably higher than Kincaid's 40.3%.
Passing could be difficult in this game, but short-area looks will be preferred, especially in the red zone.
