No. 9 BYU carries its 11-game win streak into a road conference battle against Utah today as I share my BYU vs. Utah predictions.

Tipoff from the Jon M. Huntsman Center in Salt Lake City is set for 10 p.m. ET (ESPN). BYU (14-1, 2-0 Big 12) is a 13.5-point betting favorite - still potentially too low given how these two teams have been playing. Utah (8-7, 0-2) has managed only two wins since Nov. 20.

Based on what we’ve seen, BYU can decide the number for today’s matchup in Salt Lake City.

The Cougars have been one of the best teams in the sport this year. They rank eighth in offensive efficiency and 17th in defensive efficiency. They’ve won by double-digits in six straight games, including their 104-76 victory over Arizona State last time out.

Utah has been trending in the other direction. The Utes’ only wins since Nov. 20 came against Cal Baptist and Eastern Washington. They are 1-4 ATS in their last five games as an underdog.

Score prediction: BYU 90, Utah 74

🔥 Best BYU vs. Utah player prop: AJ Dybantsa Over 3.5 assists (-130) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

BYU forward AJ Dybantsa has been one of the best players in college hoops during his freshman campaign. He’s averaging 23.1 points per game, which ranks fourth in the country. He’s also added 7.2 rebounds and 3.9 assists.

The assist angle might be the last market that still offers some value for Dybantsa. He’s recorded at least four assists in three of his past four contests, averaging 5.5 dimes.

I expect that trend to continue against the Utes, who are 315th in turnover rate.
