Sengun looks to be on pace for a career-best season, averaging 22.4 points, 9.9 rebounds, and 7.3 assists per contest while shooting a career-best 42.9% from 3-point range as well. 

Sengun enters Friday with three consecutive double-doubles, falling just a single point, rebound, or assist short of exceeding this prop in each of those occasions. He's also exceeded this prop in two prior head-to-head meetings with the Spurs' Victor Wembanyama.

The matchup down low against Wemby is an unenviable task, but Sengun’s versatility and floor-spacing ability gives him a solid chance of getting there on this prop.

There’s plenty to like about Castle’s second season so far, as the talented 2024 fourth overall pick is outpacing his rookie-season metrics in essentially every major category. 

That includes long-range shooting, as Castle’s 32.3% success rate from 3-point range is a notable improvement on last year’s 28.5% figure.  However, there’s still plenty of room for improvement, and he’s drained one or zero shot attempts from distance in four of his first seven games. 

The Rockets also make for a tough matchup in that regard, as they’re allowing just 34.9% 3-point shooting on the road and 30.3% over their last three games overall.

Thompson looks like he’s set to take another step forward as a scorer this season, after having boosted his average to 14.1 points per game in his sophomore 2024-25 campaign following a 9.5 PPG figure in his rookie season.

This year, Thompson is averaging 18.6 points per contest over his first seven games while averaging almost five more shot attempts per contest than a year ago. Additionally, Thompson is shooting a crisp 53.2% over his last four games and is averaging 15.8 shot attempts during that span.

The 2023 fourth overall pick has scored at least 17 points in five of his first seven games, and the fact that San Antonio is facilitating the seventh-most opponent free-throw attempts per game on the road (30.3) certainly doesn’t hurt his chances of cashing this prop.
