⬇️ Onyeka Okongwu player prop: Under 11.5 rebounds + assists (-124) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Oddly enough, Atlanta Hawks center Onyeka Okongwu’s stats actually decrease when playing without Kristaps Porzingis. Okongwu averages six fewer rebounds and five fewer points without Porzingis, according to Databallr, while his assists remain roughly the same.

Both of Okongwu’s previous meetings against the Detroit Pistons came without Porzingis. He recorded six rebounds and four assists on Dec. 1, which followed a performance of one rebound and three assists on Nov. 18.

The Pistons are seventh in rebounds allowed and first in assists allowed to opposing centers, per PropsMadness. This -124 price tag on Under 11.5 rebounds and assists is an excellent discount, considering Caesars charges -145 for the same ticket.

It’s a sign of how much the Charlotte Hornets nailed the 2025 NBA Draft that Sion James is being featured in this column. James, the No. 33 pick, is averaging 6.6 points per game in his debut season. He’s cleared this scoring prop 13 times in 24 contests.

James’ role should see an uptick with LaMelo Ball and Collin Sexton both out for tonight’s game against the Chicago Bulls. The latter is a bigger deal for James, who is averaging 12.5 points per game in 332 minutes without Sexton. He’s averaging 5.6 points in 294 minutes with him.

The Bulls are second in pace and 23rd in defensive rating. This game is a dream spot for prop bettors.

Marvin Bagley III has made the most of a bigger role for the Washington Wizards since Alex Sarr went down. He’s averaged 6.4 rebounds per game, clearing this line in three of his last five outings without Sarr.

More importantly, Bagley has seen at least 11 rebound chances over the past five games. He’s averaging 14.4 rebound chances over that span.

The Cleveland Cavaliers are a better rebound matchup than you might think, particularly with Jarrett Allen out. The Cavs rank 24th in the league in defensive rebounds allowed. I like the +100 value on this Over, earning $10 on a $10 bet.

Let’s close this column out with another rebound play. Utah Jazz forward Lauri Markkanen has been controlling the glass of late, clearing 6.5 boards in five straight games. He’s averaging eight rebounds per contest during that stretch.

I don’t see that form ending on Friday, as the Memphis Grizzlies will be without Zach Edey. They also rank 20th in defensive rebounds allowed this season.

I’m comfortable backing Markkanen’s recent form in this matchup, earning $8.20 on a $10 wager.
