I’m targeting Dylan Harper, Cooper Flagg, Jeremiah Fears, and Derik Queen in their respective matchups for tonight’s nine-game slate.

Dylan Harper Under 14.5 points (-118) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dylan Harper is averaging 12.6 points per game for the Spurs in his debut campaign. He’s only had his scoring line close at 14.5 in two games this season: Zero points vs. Wizards (Dec. 21) and 24 points vs. Wizards (Dec. 18).

So, it’s a mixed bag. 

But this total seems a touch higher, considering Harper has scored 22 total points across his past four outings. He’s failed to clear this line in 13 of his 21 games, so I’ll grab the -118 value at BetRivers to win $8.47 on a $10 bet.

Cooper Flagg Over 31.5 points + rebounds (-110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Anthony Davis suffered a groin injury on Christmas Day, so I’d be surprised if he’s able to go against the Kings tonight. That opens the door for Mavericks rookie Cooper Flagg as the No. 1 option.

Flagg is averaging 27.5 points and seven rebounds over his last six games, clearing this combo line four times. Flagg’s averages increase by 4.3 points and 2.4 rebounds per 75 possessions when playing without Davis this year, according to Databallr.

I like the -110 price tag at FanDuel for a $10 bet to win $9.09.

Jeremiah Fears Under 12.5 points (-104) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pelicans rookie guard Jeremiah Fears scored nine points on 4-of-7 shooting in last night’s loss to the Suns. I’ll fade his offensive impact in Saturday’s rematch, as Phoenix is set up to slow down what Fears is best at as a point guard.

The Suns rank fourth at defending transition and third at guarding pick-and-roll ball-handlers, per PropsMadness. Those two areas are where Fears gets 50% of his scoring production from this season.

Fears has failed to clear this line in five straight games entering tonight.

Derik Queen Over 13.5 points (-125) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

For the second straight day, I’m betting Over 13.5 points for Pelicans rookie center Derik Queen. This time, I’ve dropped the recommendation from five stars to four stars after he scored seven points against the Suns on Friday.

I won’t let one off night deter me, however. Queen had scored at least 16 points in the previous four games before last night. He’s averaging 15.4 points since Nov. 19, clearing this scoring line in 11 of his 18 outings.
