Doncic’s 7.8 rebounds per game trail only Deandre Ayton on the roster, and he has led Los Angeles in rebounding 21 times, highlighting his all-around impact.
With Doncic, James, and Austin Reaves healthy, the Lakers averaged 116 points through their first 14 games together, which initially made the Over on Doncic’s 3-pointers appealing. However, the Knicks own the NBA’s top-ranked 3-point defense, so expect Doncic to contribute across categories.

Karl-Anthony Towns Over 29.5 points + rebounds (-106)
Karl-Anthony Towns leads the NBA in double-doubles, and has the second-most games of 20-plus points and 10 or more rebounds of any player this season.
Entering the week, the Knicks averaged 116.5 points per game and were shooting 39% from 3-point range following a loss. Since New York makes nearly 15 3-pointers per game, I again expect it to use Towns as a floor stretcher (especially if Ayton is guarding him) as a consistent means of attacking a leaky Lakers defense.
Towns had a team-high 13 rebounds in a 112-100 win over Los Angeles earlier this season, and his team-best plus-23 in the plus/minus suggests he is due for positive regression from his substandard 11-point output from that game.

New York has held 14 of its last 21 opponents to 100 or fewer points, and I am also buying into the emergence of a healthy Austin Reaves dipping into LeBron James' points total as my most confident play.
In addition, Luka Doncic had a game-high 15 rebounds in the first meeting between these teams, so I would not put anyone off backing an alternate rebounding total at plus-money odds. DraftKings is offering a price of +108 at 48.08% implied odds for the Over on 8.5 rebounds.
