My NBA player props today set the stage for Wednesday’s seven-game schedule.

Tonight’s slate doesn’t have a headliner like last night’s showdown between the Spurs and the Thunder. However, I’ve put together a card that should provide some level of entertainment, including best bets on Joel Embiid and Ace Bailey.

💰 Best NBA player prop today: Ace Bailey (Jazz) Under 9.5 points (-108)

Utah Jazz rookie Ace Bailey has only scored four points across his past three games. He’s played 36 minutes over that span, a sign that he’s fallen out of the rotation.

With Lauri Markkanen being downgraded to questionable this morning, there is a chance that Bailey gets more minutes. However, I’m skeptical given his recent production. He’s averaged nine points since Dec. 12, failing to clear this line in five of nine games.

I’ll take the Under on a low total at FanDuel.

Joel Embiid (76ers) Over 3.5 assists (-125) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Joel Embiid’s passing props are back on the menu. Embiid has recorded four-plus assists in four of his past seven games, averaging 4.3 dimes, nine potential assists, and 39.9 passes per contest during that stretch.

Embiid has had as many as eight assists in a game over that span, while posting double-digit potential dimes thrice. He now gets a matchup against the Cleveland Cavaliers, who rank 20th in assists allowed.

This Over costs as much as -164 at Caesars, so I like scooping up BetMGM’s bargain to win $8 on a $10 bet.

Johnny Furphy (Pacers) Over 4.5 rebounds (-135) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Since joining the starting lineup, Indiana Pacers forward Johnny Furphy has averaged 5.9 rebounds per game.

He’s grabbed five-plus boards in five straight contests, averaging 6.8 rebounds on 10.2 rebound chances during that stretch.

This ticket costs -148 at Caesars, so I’ll play the discount at DraftKings to win $7.41 on a $10 wager.

Nic Claxton (Nets) Under 13.5 points (-118) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Brooklyn Nets center Nic Claxton hasn’t scored more than 13 points in a game since the calendar flipped to 2026. His scoring prop hasn’t closed higher than 12.5 since Dec. 23, when he scored 16 points on seven shots.

So why is his total at 13.5 tonight? Well, a matchup against the New Orleans Pelicans (29th in rim defense) is as favorable as it gets for opposing centers.

Still, this is a high total, considering the Nets are fully healthy. I’ll bet against Claxton’s usage in this matchup.
