On the other side, the Roughriders have nothing to gain in the standings by winning this game. As such, they’ll be resting several key starters, including QB Trevor Harris, running back A.J. Ouellette, wide receiver Dohnte Meyers, and others. QB Jake Maier will step in for Harris, and while he threw for a respectable 22 touchdowns and 14 interceptions with the Stampeders last season, the number of veterans resting on both sides of the ball will make it difficult for Saskatchewan to keep this game within a touchdown.
