Monday marks the first of four possible days that the two League Championship Series are played on the same day, and that gives us more chances to hit on our best home run predictions today

The Milwaukee Brewers begin their quest to reach their first World Series since 1982, and it is only fitting they do so against the defending World Series champion Los Angeles Dodgers. I am backing one of their sluggers to stay hot with a long ball in Game 1, given the success the team has had offensively at home this season.

William Contreras, Freddie Freeman, Eugenio Suarez, and Daulton Varsho make up my home run MLB picks today. If all of them homer, the four-leg $10 parlay would net over $9,100 in profits.

💣 Best home run pick today

Our MLB player prop odds tool shows the best odds for every market across legal sportsbooks in your area.

⚾ William Contreras, C, Brewers (+575) ⭐⭐

Brewers catcher William Contreras is one of two Brewers (Andrew Vaughn is the other) with two home runs this postseason. If he hits another dinger today, he would tie Prince Fielder (2011) and Orlando Arcia (2018) for the most by a Brewers player in a single postseason run.

Milwaukee ranks 13th among NL teams in percentage of runs coming via home run (33%). But the Brewers enjoyed a power surge against the Chicago Cubs in the NLDS, belting seven home runs over the final four games. And their power came in pressure situations, hitting all three of their home runs in Game 5 with two outs, the first team to do so in a winner-take-all game.

The players with the four shortest home run odds in this opening game all hail from the Dodgers, but this is great value on one of Milwaukee’s most feared sluggers.

Contreras’ best home run implied odds are 16.13% through FanDuel’s +520 odds. But the best return on a winning $10 wager is through Caesars’ +575 odds, which would net $57.50 in profits if he homers.
