💪 Best MLB strikeout predictions today
Here's a breakdown of my best MLB strikeout prop predictions and expert picks today. Check out the rest of our MLB picks along with our guide on how to bet on MLB.
Logan Webb Under 4.5 strikeouts vs. Blue Jays (+130)
Webb - who's featured in my best NRFI bets today - just can't seem to miss a bat when he plays the Blue Jays, a team that strikes out the third-least in baseball. Not only does the Giants ace own just a 13% K rate across 54 plate appearances against Toronto, but this lineup is whiffing at just 16% of his pitches and owns a .333 average against him. I'd price this closer to +105, so we're getting some incredible value here today. Fire this up with confidence as part of our best strikeout props today.
Davis Martin Under 4.5 strikeouts vs. Red Sox (-104)
Much like Webb, we're taking low strikeout numbers against a team that just refuses to strike out here with Martin versus the Red Sox. Across 22 plate appearances against Boston, Martin is striking the lineup out at just 19%, with the Red Sox owning a .270 xBA against him. Martin hasn't gotten past the fifth inning in three of his last four starts, and if he stays there, we'll have no problem cashing this bet against a hot lineup. Who says we can't sweep the board one more time?
