Another golf season will soon begin, and the Masters odds for the annual tournament at Augusta National Golf Course suggest it might be very similar to what we've seen in recent years. Scottie Scheffler is the +350 betting favorite to win his third green jacket. Rory McIlroy is +700 to win a second straight after being snake-bitten on golf's most hallowed grounds for so long.

But where's the betting value for our best Masters prediction and long-shot pick at Thanksgiving?

📊 Live Masters odds: Who'll win first golf major?

Here are the live 2026 Masters odds from our best sports betting sites. The odds update in real time to help with your golf picks:

⛳ Betting favorite to win the 2026 Masters: Scottie Scheffler (+350)

To what's hopefully the surprise of no one, Scheffler is the betting favorite to win the 2026 Masters. Just like he was ahead of the 2025, 2024, and 2023 Masters after winning his first green jacket and beginning one of the most legendary runs of winning golf we've ever seen in April of 2022.

After winning that first Masters with pre-tournament odds of +1600, the best price found ahead of the 2026 tournament is the +350 odds at BetMGM. Enough to turn a winning $10 bet into a glorious $35 profit at the conclusion of a 72-hole tournament at one of the most difficult courses in golf.

That implied win probability of 22.22%, in what's likely to be around a 90-man field, is too high at this juncture. Yes, Scheffler is the best golfer on the planet and has proven dominance in Augusta, Ga. But we saw McIlroy begin last season in the best form of his career, ahead of finally slaying his dragons that walk among the pines and azaleas.

We won't likely see better odds for Scheffler to win the Masters, but they're also unlikely to get much shorter. It's best to hold off on betting the rightful favorite in the hope we see a similar start to 2026 from McIlroy, or anyone else who's already near the top of the Masters oddsboard.

✅ Prediction to win the 2026 Masters: Tommy Fleetwood (+1800)

Can Tommy Lad follow suit of McIlroy, his perfect Ryder Cup playing partner, and vanquish his major demons? The Englishman will enter 2026 at a career-best fourth in the Official World Golf Ranking (OWGR) - behind Scheffler, McIlroy, and Xander Schauffele. The reigning FedEx Cup champion followed that victory with a win against a loaded field in the India Championship and was near-perfect in the Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black.

A winning $10 bet at BetMGM would return a profit of $180. Fleetwood tied for third just two years ago as his best result to date in the Masters.

🎯 Best long shot to win the 2026 Masters: Sam Burns (+10000)

Sam Burns has made four straight appearances at Augusta National. He missed the cut twice and hasn't finished better than T-29 (2023), but these odds are still far too long for someone I consider an excellent course fit.

Burns is one of the best putters on the PGA Tour (0.80 strokes gained over the last two years), a long hitter, and a balanced driver. He's an excellent match-play golfer as well, making him well-equipped to handle the pressures of a stacked leaderboard on Sunday afternoon. Ranked 27th in the OWGR, Burns also tasted major heartbreak last summer with a T-7 finish in the U.S. Open that many accomplished golfers have endured before their breakthrough.

A winning $10 bet at FanDuel would return a profit of $1,000, and make Burns one of the biggest long shots to ever win the Masters.
