My best UNLV vs. Boise State player props for Friday’s 8 p.m. ET (FOX) Mountain West Championship game at Albertsons Stadium in Boise, Idaho, focus on Dylan Riley, Maddux Madsen, and Anthony Colandrea. Madsen returns to the field for the first time in a month and gets a great matchup against UNLV’s defense. In fact, UNLV gives up so many yards that I expect Madsen to be effective through the air, and Riley will do the same on the ground.

Riley ran 15 times for a season-high 201 yards when these two teams met in mid-October. He’s been relatively quiet since that game, rushing for more than 100 yards just once. However, the UNLV defense has struggled so much this season that I anticipate another huge game for Riley.

UNLV is allowing 175.5 rushing yards per game, which is second-most in the Mountain West. Even worse, the Rebels are giving up a league-low 5.3 yards per carry. Riley enters this game averaging 6.2 yards per attempt. He’s recorded more than 20 carries in two of his last three outings, and even if he only hits 15 on Friday, something he’s done in six of his 12 contests, that would likely be enough to hit this Over.

The FanDuel price of -114 implies a 53.27% chance that this Over hits. A $10 bet would profit $8.77.

⬆️ Maddux Madsen player prop: Over 236.5 passing yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Madsen picked apart the UNLV defense the first time these two teams met, leading Boise State to a 25-point win. He threw for 253 yards and four touchdowns in that game, and I’m expecting another solid outing for him against a pass defense allowing 246.0 yards per contest.

UNLV ranks third-worst in pass defense in the Mountain West. While opponents are only completing 59.8% of their passes against the Rebels, they rank 106th in the nation, allowing 12.4 yards per completion. Madsen only completed 14 passes on Oct. 18, but he averaged 18 yards per completion.

The only reason this isn’t a five-star play is that Madsen’s health is a question mark, as he hasn’t played since Nov. 1 while dealing with a leg injury. FanDuel’s price of -114 implies a 53.27% chance that this Over hits. A $10 bet would profit $8.77.

🔥 Anthony Colandrea TD pick: To score a touchdown (+130) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Boise State has only allowed 12 passing touchdowns this season, but the Broncos have given up 22 rushing touchdowns. UNLV has scored 30 rushing touchdowns, eight of which have come from Colandrea.

Colandrea is second on the team in rushing touchdowns, behind Jai’Den Thomas, who has tallied 12. Thomas’ price to score in Friday’s game is -165 at FanDuel, which is absurdly high when you consider four of his touchdowns came last week. Colandrea has scored in six games this season, and in three of his last four. He rushed 13 times for 87 yards and a touchdown the first time he faced Boise State.

FanDuel’s price of +130 implies a 43.48% chance that Colandrea scores. A $10 bet would profit $13.
