With Nico Iamaleava sidelined we'll see Luke Duncan taking on the best defense in the country, my UCLA vs. Ohio State player props for tonight's 7:30 p.m. ET (NBC) game at Ohio Stadium in Columbus, Ohio, are fading the Bruins QB.
And with No. 1 Ohio State being a 31.5-point betting favorite at home, my college football Week 12 predictions expect the Buckeyes to lean heavily on their running back tandem of Bo Jackson and CJ Donaldson.

💰 Best UCLA vs. Ohio State player props
⬇️ Luke Duncan player prop: Under 108.5 passing yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Before Nico Iamaleava was ruled out with a concussion, his total was set at just 113.5 yards. He’d topped that number in all but one game this season, yet oddsmakers had that little faith in him in this matchup. So, I am shocked that Duncan’s number is set just five yards lower, despite having never attempted a collegiate pass.
Ohio State has the second-ranked pass defense in the nation, allowing just 128.7 passing yards per game. The Buckeyes have held five quarterbacks to fewer than 100 yards passing already this season, including two of the last three starters they faced.
FanDuel’s price of -114 implies a 53.27% chance that Duncan hits this Under. A $10 bet would profit $8.77.
⬆️ Bo Jackson player prop: Over 72.5 rushing yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Ohio State has the 19th-best pass offense in the nation, while averaging just 155.1 rushing yards per game. Yet, this is a much better matchup for Jackson than it is for Julian Sayin - who is featured in my Julian Sayin player props - and the Buckeyes’ passing attack.
UCLA is allowing 191.1 rushing yards per game, the 14th-most in the nation. The Bruins are also allowing an average of 5.0 yards per carry, which is the ninth-worst in the country. Jackson is averaging 6.5 yards per carry, has at least nine rush attempts in every game, and he’s topped 72.5 yards in five of eight contests.
FanDuel’s price of -114 implies a 53.27% chance that Jackson rushes for at least 73 yards. A $10 bet would profit $8.77.

6️⃣ Best UCLA vs. Ohio State touchdown scorer bet
🔥 CJ Donaldson TD pick: 2+ TDs (+250) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Donaldson may be second on the team in carries and rushing yards, but he’s scored 10 touchdowns this season, seven more than Ohio State’s leading rusher, Jackson. Donaldson has scored in seven of his nine games, and he’s scored multiple times in three contests, including last week against Purdue.
UCLA is giving up 1.9 rushing touchdowns and 30.7 points per game. With Ohio State averaging 36.3 points, the Buckeyes could easily score more than 40 in this game. And while the Buckeyes have 16 rushing touchdowns compared to 25 passing, that’s still an average of 1.8 rushing scores per game.
DraftKings’ price of +250 implies that Donaldson has a 28.57% chance of scoring twice. A $10 bet would profit $25.
