Although we’ve already seen this matchup play out in a way that didn’t reflect very well on Tulane (Ole Miss beat the Green Wave in September 45-10), we’re banking on a more competitive affair this time around.

In the first loss, Tulane transfer quarterback Jack Retzlaff endured his worst game of the season as a passer (5-for-17, 56 yards) before fully establishing a rhythm within the offense. The 35-point margin of victory in that game was one of only two FBS wins by the Rebels this season that would have covered a 17.5-point spread.
