Considering how much Arch Manning and the Texas offense have struggled, I don’t anticipate them being the first team to score more than 17 against Oklahoma.

While this number may go up to 43 or 43.5, the movement won’t be significant enough for Under bettors. Therefore, there’s no benefit to waiting to wager.
