💰 Best moneyline picks for Week 1 parlay
Here are my favorite moneyline picks and best bets for Week 1 based on the best college football odds for the full parlay at bet365.
🚀 Nebraska (-245) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
It’s technically a home game for the Bearcats, but the Nebraska faithful are expected to swarm Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City to provide a friendly environment for the Huskers.
Year 3 has historically been a boon for Matt Rhule at his previous stops, and the Huskers reloaded with the 13th-ranked transfer class per 247Sports. Only two of the 12 higher-ranked classes did so with fewer commitments, implying the Huskers gained quality over quantity.
FPI sees Nebraska as a top-30 team, with Cincy falling outside the top 50 due to a depleted roster. This ML bet is not a juicy standalone wager, but we love it as part of larger parlays. Get this pick in early, as the game takes place Thursday night!
Our Isaiah Sirois is also backing the Huskers in his Nebraska vs. Cincinnati prediction.
🚀 Baylor (+115) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I like Baylor here because I’m getting plus-money with a Power 4 home team against a quarterback that has seemingly had all sorts of trouble adapting with his new team.
Auburn starter Jackson Arnold struggled mightily on the road last season, with Oklahoma going 0-3 in his road affairs. In the only one-possession game of the three, it was Arnold’s late fumble in a tie game against Missouri that sealed the loss.
I don’t trust Arnold or Auburn, so I’m rolling with the home team on Friday night and taking the plus-money value to help boost our Week 1 parlay.
Our Mike Spector is also backing Baylor in his Auburn vs. Baylor prediction.
🚀 LSU (+150) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
If not now, when for Clemson and Dabo Swinney? In the NIL era, Swinney seems to have lost his touch relative to his peers, with Clemson staring down a drought of true national contention. Cade Klubnik is back at quarterback as Clemson returns more production than almost any other team in the country.
But … I’m still fading Dabo in 2025. I see a QB advantage in this matchup with Garrett Nussmeier - one of the Heisman Trophy odds favorites - ready to emerge for the Bayou Bengals. With LSU’s track record at WR, there’s no doubt he’ll have the weapons he needs to thrive. Plus, I expect a huge jump for the Tigers' defense in Year 2 of defensive coordinator Blake Baker’s scheme.
LSU going into the other Death Valley and shocking Clemson will be the biggest storyline of Week 1. That's how our Gabe Henderson leans in his early LSU vs. Clemson prediction.
📈 Best moneyline picks odds update
Most of these lines remained largely the same as of Thursday morning. Nebraska moved from -235 to -245, LSU from +155 to +150, and Kentucky from -323 to -325. As a result, my moneyline parlay odds moved slightly from +1061 to +1068.

❓ College football parlay betting FAQs
What is a parlay bet in college football?
A parlay combines multiple bets (spreads, totals, props, or moneylines) into one wager, with all selections needing to win for the bet to cash. Parlays are popular in college football betting because they offer bigger payouts.
How do college football parlay odds work?
Parlay odds are calculated by multiplying the odds of each individual selection, which increases both the potential payout and the risk. The more legs you add, the higher the reward but the lower the probability of winning.
Are parlays a smart betting strategy for college football?
Parlays can be fun for chasing large payouts but are harder to win consistently. Many sharp bettors prefer single-game wagers, but college football parlay bets can add excitement when used responsibly.
