Our college football predictions for Week 6 envision a desperate home underdog toppling an underperforming AP top 10 opponent. So I threw that pick into my college football moneyline picks to compile a parlay with odds approaching 20/1 from FanDuel.

While the majority of the rest of our college football picks for this week’s moneyline parlay leaned into favored teams, we also snuck in a late-night Saturday underdog whose exciting quarterback should have an advantage at home against the troubled pass defense of his opponent.

🔮 College football expert picks today

💰 Best college football moneyline picks to parlay

Here are my favorite moneyline picks and best bets for Week 6 based on the best college football odds for the full parlay.

🚀 Baylor (-200) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Baylor has been one of the most disappointing teams in the nation against the spread, going 1-4 ATS with an average ATS margin of -6.3 points per game. But Kansas State is a rare example of a team that has been even worse, going 1-4 ATS with an average ATS margin of -10.0 PPG.

Statistically, Kansas State’s strength in the pass defense would set the Wildcats apart in this matchup if it weren’t for Baylor’s top-ranked pass offense in the nation (375.5 yards per game).

Kansas State has no strengths offensively and should underwhelm again on the road, so we’re (reluctantly) giving the edge to the Bears in Waco.

🚀 Florida (+176) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We don’t have a ton of faith in the Gators, who have scored a grand total of 35 points in three games against FBS competition. But by the same token, what has Texas proven offensively?

It’s October, but the Longhorns have still only faced one opponent that ranks among the top 100 teams in FPI: Ohio State. They scored just seven points against an elite Buckeye defense.

Well, Florida’s defense ranks 13th nationally in adjusted efficiency per FPI. I believe there’s a realm in which the Gators defense can outlast Texas in the Swamp in a similarly-styled game as what we saw in the Ohio State-Texas matchup to open the season.

🚀 Cal (+124) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cal got on the board with an ACC road win last week, bouncing back from a demoralizing loss to San Diego State in the previous week by outlasting Boston College. Now the Golden Bears welcome Duke for a tricky cross-country trek to Berkeley.

I am targeting Cal in this matchup because Duke doesn’t pose the threat in the secondary that San Diego State did to this Golden Bears offense. The Blue Devils have allowed 289.8 passing yards per game (125th in FBS).

Freshman QB Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele is the engine of the Cal attack, and in a home environment, he should thrive against this Duke pass defense.
