College football odds & expert picks: Saturday's conference championships

Indiana vs. Ohio State odds: Big Ten Championship

  • Date: Saturday, Dec. 6
  • Kickoff: 8 p.m. ET
  • Location: Lucas Oil Stadium (Indianapolis)
  • How to watch: FOX

Indiana vs. Ohio State prediction

🔴 Ohio State -4 (-110)

While Fernando Mendoza is the Heisman Trophy odds favorite, the projected No. 1 pick in the NFL draft has not seen a defense like Ohio State's this season. The Buckeyes are No. 1 in defensive SP+, top five in both EPA per rush and pass, allow the fewest yards per game in the country (203.0), and give up the fewest PPG in the nation (7.8).

Duke vs. Virginia odds: ACC Championship

  • Date: Saturday, Dec. 6
  • Kickoff: 8 p.m. ET
  • Location: Bank of America Stadium (Charlotte, N.C.)
  • How to watch: ABC

Duke vs. Virginia prediction

😈 Duke +3.5 (-110)

The Virginia offensive line has some serious injury woes, and Duke has the quarterback advantage with Darian Mensah (155.7 passing efficiency score) clearing Chandler Morris (135.6) by a healthy margin. I have some concerns about a possible motivation split, but, with Duke head coach Manny Diaz believing the Blue Devils “absolutely” belong in the playoff with a win, let’s bet the dogs at +3.5 for -110.
