The Week 10 slate isn't short on pro talent taking the field in major matchups, which is why my college football anytime touchdown scorer predictions for Saturday focus on a future Sunday star suiting up in each time slot.

From Miami freshman phenom Malachi Toney taking on a weak SMU defense at noon ET to Cincinnati QB Brendan Sorsby hoping to pull an upset in a Big 12 After Dark matchup on the road against Utah, my TD picks this week are backing my four favorite plus-money scorers for Week 10.

💰 Best Week 10 anytime touchdown scorer bets

🔥 Malachi Toney (+105) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

There was a time when Miami was in the conversation to be Wide Receiver U, but the U hasn't had a first-round receiver since Phillip Dorsett a decade ago. That's why every Saturday, you can see Miami legend Michael Irvin losing his mind on the sideline when Toney makes a baffling play.

Despite being just a three-star recruit, Toney has been one of the most dynamic playmakers in the country this season and one of the best freshmen in the nation. He ranks top 10 in college football in YAC (353), top 30 in yards per route run (2.96), and leads the 'Canes in targets (53), receptions (43), and receiving yards (562).

Though he has just four touchdowns, his big-play ability should help him put up six against an SMU defense that's allowed the 17th-most TD passes in the country (16). If Toney scores a TD for the fourth time in four games against the Mustangs, a $10 bet pays a $10.50 profit.

💡 College football expert picks: Week 10

🔥 Elijah Sarratt (+300) ⭐⭐⭐

A lot of the best players suiting up on Saturday with favorable matchups have ridiculously short odds to score; we're talking in the -150 to -300 range. So, hunting for a bigger payout while still backing one of the top playmakers in the country has led me to Indiana's Elijah Sarratt.

Fernando Mendoza's top weapon is my favorite player on the board to score two tuddies with this price paying a $30 profit on a $10 bet.

With Mendoza playing so well he's leading the Heisman race - and among the favorites to be selected No. 1 in the NFL draft this April - Sarratt has been a major beneficiary. The Maryland native leads the country in receiving touchdowns (10) and is poised to add to that total Saturday in his home state when the Hoosiers take on the Terrapins, a program that didn't offer him a scholarship coming out of Saint Frances Academy in Baltimore.

A few years later after stops at Saint Francis and James Madison, Sarratt is one of the most reliable wide receivers in the country, ranking fourth in first-down receptions (35) and being one of only four Power Four wide receivers with 60-plus targets and zero interceptions when targeted. With Maryland allowing seven TD passes in its last three games, Sarratt should have an opportunity to score 2-plus TDs for the fourth time this season.

🔥 Chris Brazzell II (+110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

There's plenty on the line when Oklahoma and Tennessee go toe-to-toe on Saturday night at Neyland Stadium. If the Sooners drop another game, Brent Venables' seat will be as hot as Vols' QB Joey Aguilar has been in his first season in the SEC. What makes this matchup so fun is it pits Venables' vaunted defense against Josh Heupel's video-game-like offense, and I'm not sure the Sooners have a defensive back capable of matching up with Chris Brazzell II for four quarters.

Aguilar's favorite target is a mismatch in Tennessee's veer-and-shoot offense with his 6-foot-5 frame and vertical speed. The Tulane transfer has been a breakout star in his second season in Knoxville, leading the SEC in receiving yards (741) and ranking No. 2 in the conference in yards per route run (2.88). He's also fourth in the country in receiving touchdowns (8).

While the Sooners' pass defense is one of the best, it showed holes last week against a similarly wide-open and explosive Ole Miss attack, allowing Trinidad Chambliss to throw for 315 yards. With Brazzell's size and speed creating mismatches, he could get loose and score for the sixth time in eight games and turn a $10 bet into an $11 profit.

🔥 Brendan Sorsby (+115) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's not often the College GameDay matchup is an after-dark kickoff, but this week we get to enjoy a top-25 matchup as the nightcap on a Saturday full of fun. Cincinnati heads to Salt Lake City to take on Utah at 10:15 p.m. ET in a game that could be huge for the Big 12 Championship race. And while the Bearcats are ranked higher and hold a 7-1 record, they're a double-digit road underdog against the Utes.

However, Sorsby is one of the most underrated QBs in the country this season and still hasn't seemed to have received the national attention he deserves ... he might even end up being a top-five QB in the NFL draft this April. What's made him so lethal is his combo of efficiency as a passer and athleticism as a runner. Sorsby is tied with Mendoza for most total TDs (27), with seven coming on the ground this season.

Against a Utah defense that sits just No. 104 in EPA per rush, Sorsby's mobility will be key - he's top 15 among P4 QBs in forced missed tackles (18), 10-plus-yard runs (13), and rushing yards after contact (219). If the 6-foot-3, 235-pound Indiana transfer scores with his legs for the seventh time in nine games, a $10 bet pays an $11.50 profit.
