Navy -7 (-109) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is less about how impressive Navy's offense has been, and it's dang impressive (averaging 289.3 rushing yards per game), and more about Cincinnati losing so much to the portal. Not only are the Bearcats without star QB Brendan Sorsby, but they're down a half dozen key defenders.
Cincinnati's offense has relied so heavily on Sorsby, and might also be without its top two running backs (Tawee Walker and Evan Pryor).
It's going to have a tough time keeping up with a Navy offense led by Blake Horvath and Eli Heidenreich that averages 31.2 PPG.
Score prediction: Navy 34, Cincinnati 24

Blake Horvath, QB, Navy: 2+ TDs (+105) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Horvath will go down as one of the best triple-option quarterbacks in recent memory, and this is the last game of his collegiate career, so I expect him to go out with a bang against the depleted Bearcats.
The senior is top 10 in the country among QBs in rushing yards after contact (649), forced missed tackles (41), and 10-plus-yard runs (35).
Horvath has 32 rushing touchdowns over the last two seasons, including nine multi-touchdown games in that span.
In last year's bowl game, a win over Oklahoma, Horvath ran for 155 yards and two scores.
