UCF picked up a huge win in Tulane last week, and the Knights are now in the driver’s seat to win the American regular-season crown. This week, they will take on the Midshipmen who have lost four of their last five but only fell by three to Notre Dame last week.

The Midshipmen are a disappointing 3-7, but five of their seven losses have come by 10 or fewer points. Last week, the defense completely shut Notre Dame down after halftime, outsourcing them 19-0 in the second half.

The Knights have won seven of their last eight games, and with their win over Tulane last week, they now own the tiebreaker over the Green Wave, SMU, and Cincinnati. With two lesser opponents left, this is a perfect letdown spot.

Last week, the Midshipmen took on an Irish team that was also in a letdown spot after defeating Clemson. Ultimately, they easily covered a 16.5-point spread.

This is a surprisingly low number, and it just keeps dropping after opening at 53.5. The Knights are averaging 35.9 points per game, and have scored 35 or more in two straight.

The Midshipmen have allowed 35 points or more in three of their last five. During that five-game stretch, they are allowing over 30 points per game. This line is weird, but even in a letdown spot, the Knights should be able to take advantage of Navy's defense.
