Jeremiah Smith, WR, Ohio State: Over 80.5 receiving yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
As a freshman, Jeremiah Smith led Ohio State to a championship behind a dominant run in the CFP. In four games last year, he averaged 4.75 receptions for 95.2 receiving yards while scoring five times.
So, for as good a defense as Miami has, Smith has proven he's an unstoppable force in the Buckeyes' biggest games. And it helps that Carnell Tate, my favorite TD bet in my Miami vs. Ohio State predictions, will ensure that the Hurricanes can't sell out to stop Smith.
Smith has gone Over 80.5 yards in 17 of his 28 collegiate games.

Carson Beck, QB, Miami: Under 192.5 passing yards (+105) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
In the first round of the CFP, against a Texas A&M defense ranked No. 15 by SP+, Carson Beck threw for 103 yards and had more turnover-worthy plays (1) than big-time throws (0).
Ohio State's defense is historically dominant and the best Beck has ever faced. The Buckeyes' defense is ranked No. 1 by SP+ and allows the fewest passing yards per game in the country (129.1).
While I have Malachi Toney among my best bets to score in my Miami vs. Ohio State anytime touchdown scorer predictions, I think it will be despite Beck's play.
Julian Sayin, QB, Ohio State: Over 228.5 passing yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐
With Brian Hartline leaving to be the head coach at South Florida, Ryan Day will be calling plays for Ohio State in the CFP, and he loves to lean on the pass. And why wouldn't he go to the air often with Julian Sayin sitting No. 2 in the country in QBR (90.0).
Miami's the third defense this season that Sayin has faced that's ranked top 15 by SP+; against the other two (Michigan, Indiana), he cleared this number and averaged 245.5 passing yards.
Sayin is averaging 255.6 passing yards per game this season.
