The CFP National Championship doesn't lack for star power, and my Miami vs. Indiana player props focus on both big-name QBs as they attempt to guide their programs to titles.
Despite the College Football Playoff National Championship being at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Fla., Indiana is an 8.5-point betting favorite for Monday's 7:30 p.m. ET (ESPN) showdown.

💰 Miami vs. Indiana best prop bet: CFP National Championship: Fernando Mendoza 3+ TD passes (+205) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Fernando Mendoza has become a living legend by winning the Heisman and surging to the top of the 2026 NFL Draft odds. He leads the country in QBR (90.2), TD passes (41), and ranks in the top 10 in big-time throw rate (6.6%).
Mendoza has thrown at least three TDs in eight games this season, and in two CFP games, he has eight TD passes to just five incompletions.
He's thrown more touchdowns than had incompletions in five games this season. In the last 25 years, no other college QB has managed that feat more than twice.

Carson Beck 2+ interceptions (+270) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
When breaking down CFP National Championship betting X-factors, I highlighted how underrated Indiana's secondary has been this season. The Hoosiers have four NFL-caliber players on their backend, and rank seventh in the country in interceptions (18).
That spells trouble for Carson Beck, who has thrown 23 interceptions the last two seasons, including the 13th-most in the country this season (11).
Indiana is second in the country in sacks (45), and if the Hoosiers can pressure Beck, he'll turn the ball over. In Miami's two losses this season, he threw six interceptions.
Elijah Sarratt 6+ receptions (+199) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
No player encapsulates Indiana's turnaround like Elijah Sarratt, who began his career at the FCS level (Saint Francis) before joining Curt Cignetti at James Madison and then following him to Bloomington. Sarratt, who has 197 career receptions at the FBS level, has been at his best in the Hoosiers' biggest games.
In Indiana's six biggest games this season, Sarratt has averaged 6.3 receptions for 86.3 receiving yards and put up eight touchdowns.
Across those six games, he caught at least six passes four times, and his chemistry with Mendoza should help take advantage of a young Miami secondary.
🚀 Miami vs. Indiana same-game parlay
- Fernando Mendoza 3+ TD passes
- Carson Beck 2+ interceptions
- Elijah Sarratt Over 4.5 receptions
Best SGP odds: +1701 via bet365
