Cook has rushed for at least 100 yards in all but two games, and he’s yet to rush for fewer than 75. He has eight performances of at least 120 yards, and when he faced Kennesaw State earlier this season, he ran 27 times for 132 yards.

I’m expecting a similar performance from Cook on Friday, as he leads the third-ranked rushing attack against a Kennesaw State defense that is allowing 172.6 rushing yards per game. The only thing preventing this from being a five-star play is that Kennesaw State is allowing 4.4 yards per carry, which is fifth-best in the conference. But Cook is averaging 5.7 yards per attempt this season, and he managed 4.9 yards per carry against the Owls in mid-November.

He’s also averaging 11.7 yards per reception, which is the most of any Jacksonville State player with at least 25 catches, so he’s a threat to score from anywhere against a defense allowing 238.8 passing yards per game.
