Sayin has thrown for at least 303 yards in three consecutive games and six of his nine games overall. Yet, for as terrible as UCLA is this season, the true advantage opposing offenses have against them is on the ground, not through the air.

UCLA is allowing just 185.6 passing yards per game. While Sayin is obviously good enough to top this number by a wide margin, the Bruins have the 14th-worst rush defense in the nation, so I expect Ohio State to use their running backs more often than usual in this game.

This total is set at just 280.5 at FanDuel, and I wouldn’t play the Over or Under at that number. BetMGM’s price of -120 implies a 54.55% chance that Sayin hits this Under. A $10 bet would profit $8.33.

Sayin only threw one touchdown pass last week, but he threw four in his two games before that one. He’s thrown multiple touchdown passes in all but two games, and he has at least three in five of nine games.

UCLA is allowing 30.7 points per game, and they’ve allowed one more passing touchdown than rushing touchdown this season. Sayin and the Buckeyes are averaging 36.3 points per contest, and they’re tied for the fourth-most passing touchdowns in the nation, with 25.

BetMGM’s price implies a 43.48% chance that Sayin hits this Over. A $10 bet would profit $13.

Because of this matchup, there aren’t many other props to choose from for Sayin. At the time of writing, there was nothing listed for attempts, completions, interceptions, or longest completion. Therefore, for my last prop, I’m taking a very unlikely one.

Sayin rarely uses his legs, rushing just 25 times for 21 yards this season. He hasn’t scored a touchdown, but he does have a 12-yard run. Rather than taking him to score an anytime touchdown for +490, which implies a 16.95% chance he scores, I say go big with as little risk as possible and take him to score first in a game where UCLA may never score.

DraftKings’ price of +2800 implies a 3.45% chance that Sayin scores first. A $10 bet would profit $280.
