The No. 1 overall seed in the College Football Playoff is on the line as the two lone remaining unbeaten FBS teams lock horns in the Big Ten Championship, which I break down with my Indiana vs. Ohio State anytime touchdown scorer predictions.
My conference championship game predictions are predicated on the fact that No. 1 Ohio State is a 4-point betting favorite over Indiana. The game kicks off from Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis at 8 p.m. ET on Saturday night (FOX).

Bo Jackson, RB, Ohio State (+120) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Indiana ranks second among FBS teams in opponents’ points per game, and it's surrendered just six passing touchdowns all year. While the Hoosiers have not seen an offense with the depth of weapons that Ohio State boasts, that stingy pass defense has me quick to back Ohio State’s leading rusher with my best Indiana vs. Ohio State touchdown pick.
Bo Jackson has half as many rushing touchdowns (five) as fellow running back CJ Donaldson (10). But Jackson has 622 more rushing yards than Donaldson, 753 more scrimmage yards. He's also the more versatile back who can score from anywhere on the field compared to Donaldson, who's merely the goal-line back.
There's a sizable difference between FanDuel’s +120 anytime touchdown odds and the -120 odds at a 54.55% implied probability through bet365. A $10 winning wager while using the market-best +120 odds would net $12 in profit compared to the $8.33 the market’s low end would return.
Omar Cooper Jr., WR, Indiana (+145) ⭐⭐⭐
You may remember Omar Cooper Jr. from his "catch of the year" nomination when he hauled in the game-winning touchdown at Penn State.
Cooper enters this game amid a streak of four consecutive games with a touchdown. He was also the team’s biggest deep threat early on this season, starting the year with at least one reception of 39-plus yards in four straight outings.
Indiana’s pass protection figures to hold up well, considering it has allowed just 15 sacks all season. Thus, the Hoosiers have a better chance to score through the air than on the ground, making this +145 price at 40.82% implied odds desirable. If Cooper Jr. scores for the fifth straight game, my $10 winning wager would net $14.50 in profits.
Will Kacmarek, TE, Ohio State (+800) ⭐
Will Kacmarek has only caught passes in six different games for Ohio State, and he hasn't topped two receptions in any of those contests. But of his nine total receptions, two have gone for touchdowns, which makes him the perfect candidate for a red-zone touchdown grab off something like a play-action pass from a heavy two-tight end formation.
The fact that Kacmarek has the same number of touchdown receptions as lead tight end Max Klare speaks to his red-zone usage. He makes for a great anytime touchdown dart throw if Indiana head coach Curt Cignetti focuses most of his defensive attention on the elite wide receiver tandem of Jeremiah Smith and Carnell Tate.
DraftKings offers by far the best number for Kacmarek’s anytime touchdown odds, which are at +500 elsewhere among the best sports betting sites. A $10 winning wager would return $80 in profits if Kacmarek scores.
