⬆️ Joey Aguilar Over 0.5 interceptions (-145) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Although it looks like Tennessee has won the Joey Aguilar-Nico Iamaleava swap, the former Appalachian State quarterback has yet to face a scary opponent. That all changes on Saturday when Georgia comes to town. Aguilar threw 24 interceptions in 25 games at App State and had at least one pick in 16 of those games.
Tennessee’s offense hasn’t had to ask much of Aguilar this far. While he has looked good, this is the first tough defense he’ll face this season, and things could come off the rails. I’m genuinely surprised to see Aguilar’s odds to throw at least one pick at only -145, which implies a 59.2% probability that he will.
While Georgia didn’t force a ton of interceptions last year, Aguilar’s track record suggests that he gives opposing defenses plenty of chances to make a play. Lock him in for at least one pick on Saturday – a $10 bet will return a $6.90 profit at bet365.
⬆️ Gunner Stockton Over 219.5 passing yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐

Georgia’s new quarterback, Gunner Stockton, heads into Neyland Stadium as a 3.5-point favorite. If the Bulldogs are going to deliver a win (and a cover), it’ll probably come down to Stockton’s effectiveness. Tennessee ranks an impressive 16th in yards allowed per rush attempt this year (2.3) after ranking fifth last year (3). Georgia will have to work through the air.
Fortunately for Stockton, Tennessee has looked vulnerable against the pass. In Week 1, Steve Angeli threw for 274 yards despite posting a longest pass of just 29. In Week 2, East Tennessee State - an FCS opponent - combined for 167 passing yards. Neither performance suggests this Tennessee secondary will be that scary for Stockton.
The data on Stockton is admittedly limited. He just took over the starting job from Carson Beck last postseason. Still, over three starts, Stockton has notched totals of 234, 190, and 227 passing yards. I’ve seen enough to trust him against a Tennessee defense that will force Georgia to throw. You’ll score a solid $8.77 profit from a $10 bet on these -114 odds at FanDuel.
⬆️ Zachariah Branch Over 38.5 receiving yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐

One key weapon in Stockton’s arsenal this Saturday is wide receiver Zachariah Branch. The USC transfer has notched three receptions in each of Georgia’s games, with those accounting for 95 yards in Week 1 but only 17 yards in Week 2. Still, the timing of those receptions demonstrates the trust that the coaching staff and Stockton have in Branch’s role.
Branch gets the ball in important, scripted situations. Against Marshall, he caught a 25-yard pass on the opening drive of the first half. He then caught a 47-yard touchdown on the opening drive of the second half. Against FCS opponent Austin Peay, Georgia fumbled on its opening possession, but Branch nabbed a 17-yard pass on the second possession.
Look for Stockton to feature Branch heavily against a Tennessee secondary that is far weaker than its defensive line. Back Branch for Over 38.5 receiving yards to score an $8.77 profit on a $10 bet at FanDuel.

How do college football player props work?
Player props are wagers on individual performances rather than the outcome of the game. Common props include passing yards, rushing yards, receiving yards, and touchdown scorers. For example, if a QB’s passing yards line is set at 250.5, you can bet the Over (251-plus yards) or Under (250 or fewer yards). You can also bet on if a specific player will score a touchdown in the entire game, the first or last touchdown, and more college football odds markets.
