Florida vs. Ole Miss Player Props: Best Bets & TD Picks for Week 12

I’m offering up two plus-money plays among my trio of Florida vs. Ole Miss player props for Saturday night’s SEC clash at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in Oxford, Miss. (7 p.m. ET, ESPN).
Oddsmakers are forecasting an easy win for No. 7 Ole Miss, which is a consensus 11.5-point betting favorite. However, I’m taking a contrarian approach by fading the Rebels’ quarterback and backing two Florida players with my wagering recommendations, which are part of our college football predictions for Week 12.

💰 Best Florida vs. Ole Miss player props
⬆️ Jadan Baugh player prop: Over 59.5 rushing yards (-114) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Jadan Baugh has had an up-and-down sophomore season in Gainesville, topping 70 rushing yards five times and falling below that number five times. That being said, the Florida running back has surpassed this particular Florida vs. Ole Miss prop projection in five straight games and seven of nine.
Baugh has finished with fewer than 64 rushing yards just twice — he had 46 yards against both LSU and Miami in back-to-back contests. Miami ranks seventh nationally in rushing defense and ninth in yards per rush; LSU is 37th and 44th in each category. Ole Miss? It allows 143.6 ground yards per game (65th) and 4.1 yards per tote (68th).
FanDuel’s -115 odds on this wager have an implied win probability of 53.27%. Risk $10 to win $8.77.
⬇️ Trinidad Chambliss player prop: Under 1.5 passing touchdowns (+140) ⭐⭐⭐
Ole Miss freshman quarterback Trinidad Chambliss had a season-best three passing touchdowns last week. The opponent? The Citadel. Prior to that, Chambliss hadn’t thrown multiple touchdowns since Week 8 against Washington State. His only other two-touchdown game came in Week 4 against Tulane.
That’s right: Chambliss hasn’t had more than one aerial score against any SEC opponent. Now, it should be noted that three quarterbacks have thrown two TDs against Florida this year — including Georgia’s Gunner Stockton and Kentucky’s Cutter Boley the last two weeks. However, the Gators have otherwise yielded just three passing touchdowns.
Tail this Florida vs. Ole Miss player prop at BetMGM at +140 odds. The implied win probability is 41.67%, and the payout is $14 on a $10 wager.

6️⃣ Best Florida vs. Ole Miss touchdown scorer bet
🔥 Vernell Brown III TD pick: Score anytime touchdown (+220) ⭐⭐
More than half of the 11 touchdowns that Florida’s DJ Lagway has thrown this season have gone to two receivers with the same surname: Eugene Wilson III and Dallas Wilson — each has three TD receptions. So why not select a Wilson with this Florida vs. Ole Miss touchdown scorer prop? Because both are out with season-ending leg injuries.
The good news for the Gators: Vernell Brown III, who leads the team in receptions (33) and yards (473), is healthy. The not-so-great news: Brown hasn’t found the end zone. I’m betting the freshman finally cracks the seal Saturday night at Ole Miss, whose defense has surrendered 12 passing touchdowns — including nine in the last five games against FBS foes.
The +220 odds at FanDuel imply a win probability of 31.25%. A $10 bet will return $22 if Brown hits pay dirt.
